The Toyosu St has an exit to the building where hotel is. Ground floor has a small mall with a covenience store, grocery store, restaurants bakery starbucks etc Had great pastries down at the bakery every morning. Restaurants are also very good and came handy when we returned to the hotel in the evenings exhausted from walking in the city. The restaurant in the hotel has a limited menu. But the food was good. Bar is lovely. Onsen is great. Clean stylish quiet. Great location for visiting the Tokyo highlights. (Ginza, Asakusa, Tsukiji Market. Etc)Tokyo Station is easy to access. But I d say returning from a late night out say from Shinjuku or Shibuya might be a little bit of work on public transport or a costly cab ride. Other than that I wouldn’t choose any other hotel. We loved everything with it.
