Very friendly staff and very good view of the beach

The staff are exceptional especially Amina and Shanny are very friendly ,helpful and always check on the guest to make sure that everyone is fine. The location is excellent and it take maximun 20 minutes drive to anywhere you want to go in Mombasa and it is very easy to get Tuktuk, taxi or a bike with bolt or uber and if you don't have uber or bolt the staff will help you to fixa transportation, the view is amazing.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The gym is well equipped and Anthony does a fantastic job. He is a very good instructor

The BEST hotel in Diani beach! Do not hesitate. The location is perfect, big clean rooms, delicious food, romantic dinneres and amazing staff- Sini, Islam, Christiana, Hamisi and Achmed thank you fir everything!!

The buffet-style meals were generally excellent, with a good mix of Kenyan and international dishes. Good service. Friendly staff. Nice pool and access to beach. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room with ocean-view balcony.

All staff trying to go extra mile to make you comfortable. Everything is new and fresh. You can feel big difference between this any older hotels in Mombasa. I tried different restaurants in Mombasa. The best food quality was here.

Excelent resort, with beautiful beach, built into the cliff, scenic. Great pool, tasty food, good quality drinks in all inclusice (even wine which usually you get sauer ones). Our kids loved the whole animation team... Charles, Yanik, Lucky, Pamella... always there, always helful, always smiling... We got big family room with double bed and bunk beds for the kids. I usualy dont go to the same place twice, but we will return to this hotel again some day!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The staff was incredibly kind, always friendly, caring, and helpful. The rooms were very cute, cozy, and clean, while the food was fresh and tasty. The beach was just gorgeous and incredibly beautiful. They also provide fun activities for the guests during the day, alongside great entertainment in the evening. Special thanks to the fitness instructor at the gym - he acted as our personal trainer while we were there, and we thoroughly enjoyed our workouts! Many thanks as well to Bakari, Omar, Mary, Abigaail, Erick, and the many others who truly made us feel welcome and valued.

One of the best locations in Watamu, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable.

The resort is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained, with a stunning beachfront location and excellent swimming pools. The tropical gardens and overall atmosphere make it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was a good variety of food and facilities available. It’s a great property for both relaxing and enjoying the beach.

Fabulous location - about 15-20 min from Malindi International Airport. Very friendly staff . There was always someone around to help out or to direct you to someone who would . Check-in was good and clear . Kevin was very helpful and I think Mr Duncan ?. Food was a good variety. Special Shout out to our adopted grandfather ( didn’t get his name) he made sure I and the kids plus my mum were well fed and didn’t miss in some of the meals in a corner . The family room was spacious and just right with the two kids. I loved that there was a pool that was mainly for kids . It was just perfect for my 3 and 1 year old. We utilised the spa and my mum enjoyed a relaxing massage. We loved the privacy at the beach area and with all inclusive we got drinks etc ( ice-cream was charged though which was a bit meh as shouldn’t really in an all inclusive ) They’ve def done a great job of providing employment to the locals . Lots of people at hand
