An outstandingly beautiful, quiet and friendly place with great location directly at a marvelous lagoon. The resort has been lovingly renovated end of 2022, and all accomodation is of high quality and new. All was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a bar and a restaurant with excellent food. At low tide you can enjoy a walk of several kilometers along the coast through the mangroves, or you can go on a boat trip along a mangrove-cladded river with many birds (including a colony of kingfisher) looking for crocodiles.

Its amazing place. We had the room with a fantastic view on the ocean. Maximum score to the hotel staff. Everyone is very polite and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed staying in this place. Delicious food, once we waited quite a long time for the main course for dinner, but it didn’t spoil our stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return myself the next time I visit Kenya.

It’s hard to find fault with this hotel. The staff could not be more friendly, efficient and attentive to your every need. The food was excellent with great variety and you really feel that you are valued and not just another guest. The staff really make you feel at home and very welcome. There is one main restaurant which serves a different buffet nightly which is excellent and one other restaurant on the beach so for those who like a large resort this might be on the small side. The rooms are spotlessly clean the only thing that could be improved upon are the bathrooms which need updating but were very clean with fresh towels daily. The beach is beautiful and the deck chair service is excellent, we found our towels on the chairs each morning ready for our arrival. Lunch is served on the lawn by the beach and the deck chair drink’s service is excellent. There is a newly installed Padel court which is fairly priced and easy to hire too. Everything about this hotel is charming from the immaculate grounds to the relaxed vibe. For anyone wanting a party hotel this is not for you as it is a quiet family style hotel but there is nightly entertainment from live music to acrobatic shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.

Everything was so good from our arrival we were welcomed by the wonderful Vanessa who helped us with our booking in and some juice while we waited Then Vanessa gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Then we were brought to our room which was amazing. this Hotel is very well run from the management team to the cooks the cleaners and the garden staff. all very friendly always asking is everything ok. The food wow so good so many options great also for family with separate kids food also. The pools are so good also. Nightlife is good also with life entertainment dancing etc. Great Hotel for sports matches also and a fantastic spa and really good gym also. The best experience I have ever had on any vacation I have been on. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!

Mombasa is rather run down these days and the traffic can be a drag but it has charm, really friendly people, great beaches and vibey bars and restaurants. Don't stay in a tourist all-in hotel on the beach. Rent an apartment and really get to know the city.

We called the hotel directly and also through Booking.com support desk and the hotel agreed to reschedule our vist to new dates that were convenient to us (3 weeks later). Watamu is such an incredible place to visit! I've never seen such a beautiful place! It is one of those places that really makes you understand how magical this world is! Garoda Beach - great at low tide for exploring the reef and lounging on the beach Jacaranda Beach - visit the beautiful Sardegna Due for a swimming pool in the middle of the ocean! Enjoy the crystal clear water and spot some star fish! Mida Creek - explore on paddleboards, take a boat ride to see the flamingos, take a stroll on the boardwalk Safari Blue - take a boat ride of a lifetime to spot the dolphins Get a few numbers for tuktuk and boda drivers and you can get anywhere easily! They'll even show you the hidden spots! Ask for some local restaurants to enjoy the ugali, beef, chapatis etc - so delicious

Diani Beach is awesome. Great beaches, good food. Transport readily available - be prepared to negotiate and try not to get ripped off. I've been there several times. I've stayed at "Diamonds", "Baobab", "The Blue Water", and "Jo Baobab's apartments". I liked Jo's apartments as they were 5 minute from beach with security, parking, spacious, well maintained, fully equipped, and significantly cheaper than the hotels on the beach - by at least 50%. On the beach I hung out at the Blue Marlin for the beach/bar/restaurant on the beach vibe.

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!
