CanadaWe loved that the prosperity was a small, boutique hotel right in the ocean. Everything was close, even the little town. We were also delighted when first experiencing a meal. This is where they put themselves above all the rest. The food is amazing and the presentation was top notch. The staff are helpful in presenting different experiences and we’re very knowledgeable about the area. We went on a small Dow sunset Dow ride and it was a lovely experience. The hotel set that up for us. I noticed that there were a few guests that chose to come for a month. That is how good it is. For those who need wifi, it was available all over the property. The beach area was amazing. The swimming was great right at the hotel. We also enjoyed the seating area by the pool. We had a wonderful experience.

All the staff is really friendly but nevertheless extremely professional both in the reception (Gladys did everything to help us, even when we had a flight change situation) and in the restaurant, where the food is really delicious. Our chalet was sparkling clean and the beds extremely comfortable, we weren't missing anything! We've particularly enjoyed their barbecue evening!

KenyaThere are few properties I've considered giving such a high rating as Q boutique to be honest and they deserve it! It's a fairly new property but they've really considered so many aspects of their experience.
The staff are very thoughtful and helpful and warm. The rooms/villas are quaint and cozy while still meeting professional standards of hospitality. The breakfasts had a good variety of dishes and even a few things we asked for on request like lemon tea. The dinner was a hearty serving of very fluffy mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and the tastiest fish!
I really like their swimming pool, it was always clean and especially by afternoon the water's a great temperature.
We ended up staying an extra night than what was planned at Q boutique because we had such a good experience. I'd definitely go back here and it would be my luxury place of choice for Malindi.

The staff team was cordial, polite and friendly. The room service staff- Constance and Patrick (Grill bar waiter) were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. I booked an ocean view room and an upper floor room and got exactly that. The hotel had a Christmas pre-party which was just fantastic! The hotel had an evening live soft music during dinner which was lovely!

Everything, this is a truly magical place. A little piece of heaven. The location is stunning, the staff so friendly and the Game Drives with Joseph so exciting. We saw many animals, elephants, giraffes, zebras and the highlight being a fabulous lioness.

The people and their culture. Very friendly community. Their traditional Madafu drink from the coconut calms the body system, their traditional food roasted and deep fried cassava was mouth watering. Easy to get from the beach to the street vendors. It’s Holiday time, Mombasa is the place to be.

Its a great beach with ample outdoor facilities. The only annoying thing is the constant harassment. One cannot enjoy a lazy day on the beach as you are constantly, non-stop being harassed by people that try to convince you in spending your money on nothing.

The hotel staff was amazing — super kind, always smiling, and able to combine great professionalism with a warm, welcoming attitude. The structure itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, making every moment of the stay truly comfortable. The entertainment is soft but very pleasant, never intrusive, and perfectly balanced for a relaxing atmosphere.
A special shoutout to Florence, a fantastic entertainer who brings joy with her energy and kindness.
But our deepest appreciation goes to Anthony — an elegant, highly professional guide who speaks many languages and is always ready to help with calm, patience, and genuine care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and present without ever being overwhelming. Above all, he is simply a wonderful person: easy to talk to, thoughtful, and capable of making you feel immediately at ease.
People like him transform a vacation into an unforgettable experience. We feel truly grateful for his support, his availability, and the humanity he brings to his work.

It's has variety of things. Great restaurants nearby like the Istanbul Beach Cave Restaurant. Great malls and entertainment joints. It was exciting to learn that the Old Bobs is the new 1922 club.

An experience that everyone should have at least once in a lifetime. It has an amazing vibe to it and the people are extremely welcoming and friendly. It is culturally rich and has a lot of history to it. The islands are small enough to get by on foot and finding boat rides across are easy. Lamu truly teaches you to be present in the moment and take life a little slower.

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun
It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Its a nice place with a beautiful beach with clear blue water. Water in the apartments are however salty, I assume its because of the beach surrounding the area. Food and activities are expensive around this area.

Nyali has got all the beauties everyone imagines. Though the property I stayed in was not good due to lack of information while choosing, Nyali hosts all the epic places any person feels so excited. Am really amazed with Mombasa in general and Nyali in particular. Crime rate feels zero level. People are very supportive and amazing. Mombasa/ Nyali has been beyond my expectation! I enjoyed it!
