This place is great.The owner Steve looks out for his guests and is very knowledgeable about the area and can direct you to whatever your needs maybe.It is set in a beautiful jungle environment and is very serene.Quiet and secure.The lighting and plumbing is good.Plenty of electrical outlets.It’s a 10 minute walk to the Crab Market, about 20 minutes to the beach.Steve can get you set up with a scooter or a bicycle.A well stocked and friendly convenience store is around the corner.Every one I met here was cool and it’s a beautiful location.Looking forward to going back.

Cozy wooden cabins surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very spacious so you hardly notice that other guests are there. The pool is large and very clean.Nice sunbeds and chairs around it. Excellent breakfast. And then the owners..... very kind and welcoming. They can arrange motorbike rental, tuk-tuk rides and give info about things to see in the area. I recommend this hotel very much for a few relaxing days in Kep.

Clean, courteous and reasonably priced. We took a double room with AC and rented a motorbike for the duration of our stay which allowed us to zip about Kep. It has a chilled and relaxed atmosphere where we were supposed to only stay one night and ended up staying five. We took the moto to the beach, to kampot and to different restaurants. Highly recommend.

Excellent location across from the crab market. Great staff who helped us get a well-priced moto and suggested different activities we could do with our time. Breakfast was fine and coffee was good. The room was clean and the AC works well. Nice shower. Overall great getaway for us!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, tending to our needs and any questions we had about the area. Breakfast was basic but perfect for a start to the day. The options were eggs with bread/pancakes and jam OR khmer breakfast. The pool area was very relaxing with the staff taking orders and serving drinks poolside. The staff also arranged bike hire for us at an reasonable price.

All staff, particularly Marie, were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and food options all day long were great. The pool was clean and that helped guests to relax. The crab market is accessible from the property. We like how quiet it was at night, which made our stay comfortable.
