The resort is situated in a picturesque area with nice walking paths. It has the most relaxing atmosphere and I highly recommend it if you need some quiet time and a break from the city life. We hope to come back soon.

If you're looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Cambodia, look no further: Route 76 Guesthouse and Italian Restaurant is the perfect place. Immersed in a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, this property offers an irresistible blend of Cambodian hospitality and quality Italian cuisine. The rooms are very clean and simple yet effectively furnished, offering a comfortable retreat after a day exploring the wonders of the Cambodian Forest. The staff, always helpful and smiling, will make you feel immediately at home. The reviews from previous guests speak clearly: customer service is a priority here. The Italian restaurant is a true gem. The cuisine is simply exquisite, with dishes prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. From homemade pasta to handmade pizza, just like in Italy, and what can we say about the tiramisu with homemade ladyfingers? Every bite is a journey into the heart of Italy. Excellent value for money, considering the high quality of the services offered. Absolutely unmissable!!

IF you're on the fence about staying outside of town, don't be, the coffee farm is well worth the tuk tuk, and I didn't feel there was much to see in Sen Monorom itself as a town. Words don't really do the tree of life/pool view justice, and there was a lot of bird life to observe off the back deck of our dorm. We stayed in the dorm. When we were there, there was only one other person in it. It's roomy and clean, there were 3 large wooden bunk beds. We bought some coffee before leaving and have been enjoying it daily back in the US, the coffee tour was interesting too, we got to walk around the property and learned all about growing coffee in Cambodia. the desk staff set up our elephant experience for us with a local Bunong guide named Cham, who was the highlight of our trip.

Very cozy accomodations. The cabin was impeccably clean, the owners were more than helpful. If you need to you can rent a scooter, get help calling a tuk tuk. You name it they can help!

The location isolated in the mountains is perfect to relax and chill. The host is so kind, she takes care of each guest. It felt like home. She cooks amazingly tasty with generous portions. I wish I could stay longer.

Pretty rooms with nice common areas, excellent service, quiet area at night. The family is so lovely and go above and beyond to help out guests. Wifi some of the best I've had during travels, I was really surprised. I teach online and had the best wifi connection I've had in Cambodia. Highly recommended for digital nomads. Good water pressure, good aircon, good coffee, comfortable bed. In between the bungalows are cute patio setups with table and stools, it was so nice to sit out here in the morning and have coffee. They have several adorable cats, if you are a cat person, you will love this place. They rent motorbikes and it's a few minutes drive into town. While I was there, they were finishing building a sort of rooftop bar, nice for working as well and gets a nice breeze. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

The room was big and clean with fresh clean sheets on the bed. There was aircon and a fan but we didn’t need either because the temperature was cool. The hosts were so great, we unfortunately only were staying one evening to see the elephants the next day and wish we had stayed longer. The day we were leaving we took an earlier bus than planned back to Phnom Penh and my partner ran to get the bags. The owner gave him a lift back up the road to get the bus. I noticed if forgot my sandals so he drove me back to the house and then back to the bus so we could make it on time. Super friendly, lovely family. Thank you for having us.

We arrived to Avocado at around midnight and the guesthouse was very accommodating in allowing us to check in so late. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and tidy. For a one night stay, it was perfect.

Little town with an atmosphere, it was difficult to leave! The wildlife around is thriving and we totally recommend trekking and visiting the animal conservation projets around. There are e few good restaurants around like the hangout at which we ate 4 times, with a very welcoming lady.

Loved our stay at the Nature Lodge where we ate great food at the onsite restaurant. We had one full day trip sightseeing around Sen Monorom and surrounds where we went to a local Coffee Plantation for lunch which was higher in price for food (close to Australian prices) but very delicious, walked through local farms, Bou Sra Eco Park where we saw Bou Sra waterfall which I would recommend, the Sea Forest Lookout was a fun way to watch the sunset while taking cheesy touristy photos, and Sunset Hill/Phnom Do Kramom which gave us a beautiful panorama of Sen Monorom. A highlight of my entire Cambodian trip was the 2-Day jungle trek with the Mondulkiri Project which I would 100% recommend as an ethical ecotourism project which gives back directly to land conservation, supporting a local Indigenous village and the rescue and safe keeping of elephants which have been removed from previously unethical working backgrounds which endangered them. The town had everything we needed when visiting but didn't spend much time around the markets or town centre to be able to comment. Very easy to get a tuk tuk to get around and buses travel to and from major towns and cities daily.

We stayed at Sumeru Bungalows which was great, before visiting Mondulkiri Project to see some elephants in the wild and do a 1.5km trek through the jungle. As we're older travellers (50s-60s) we found some of the trek v challenging but it was worth it. Sleeping in hammocks was tough but doable for one night! Could be a bit more vegetarian food, boiled rice and plain vegetables was a bit light on for the level of activity, but the overall experience was incredible. Worth a visit for sure!
