They helped us to book the boat tour, tuk tuk tour and massage sessions. They are always smiling and asking if we needed something. Rooms are big, cozy and with beach vibes. We had a handmade beach cute bag to use during our stay. I ended up buying two handmade bags from reception. We enjoyed our breakfast with good options and a beautiful view of the beach. The food and drinks were tasty and the menu has a variety of options. It can be a lil bit pricey compared to local restaurants but you pay for the service. We got our food and drinks right by the sea while getting sunbathing. We ate all our meals there, except for one day we wanted to tried a place near the hotel. If you want to have resort amenities, it’s worthy to order from their restaurant and not worrying about leaving the resort to get food. We had bbq by the sea two nights and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the setting was so romantic. That experience costs so much in resorts in the Caribbean but here it was regule price for our meal. The beach is a dream and they keep it clean. We walked far from the resort and I saw how other hotels do not take care of their shore. This resort has plenty of beach sun beds so compared to other resorts, there is no need to rush in the morning to get one. It’s located near the pier so it’s hassle free on arrival and leaving the island. On check out day we waited in the restaurant until we saw the ferry coming so we walked to the pier while people were waiting in line for a long time in the sun.Guest review byKarinChile

We have been to many beaches in the world, but this is the best of the best. The white sand, warm clear water, and gentle waves make it the perfect beach for swimming. You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy...
You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy colonial French architecture. Such an ugly jumble of buildings I don't think I have ever seen. But - it's the people that count and they seem OK. The indoor market is there if you need something. There's loads of banks and ATMs. I went to the beach and stayed approximately 1 minute since I saw complete lack of infrastructure for sunseekers. I stayed at the Don Bosco Hotel School which has a swimming pool in its large compound. Koh Rong Sanloem is a lovely peaceful island. We stayed at Island Center Point which was wonderful. The water is warm, we swam a few times, plus went kayaking. All very safe. There is a small shop in Saracen bay where you can buy essentials, plus there are a few places offering laundry facilities. If you like basic (very basic) peace and quiet, beautiful sunrise and sunset, this is the place for you to relax. Boats do come in regularly a few in the weekday and more at weekends, but they usually go near the restaurant, so not too noisy. Host, Nak, is excellent and will help you with many things eg forward bookings, as remember there is no Wi-Fi. Most people visit Sihanoukville as a stop of point before visiting the Koh Rohg Islands, it’s a different experience as the city is filled with half built hotels, tower blocks ! I hesitate to recommend this island paradise for fear that it will no longer be a paradise and will lose its unique charm, which is also due to the lack of tourists! The white sandy beaches as fine as flour, the crystal clear waters between emerald and turquoise, the lush vegetation, the smiles of the locals and the laughter of the children... everything is wonderful...
