The reception was very helpfull smilly face , but hotel little bit get old need renevation , breakfast can be better , but location was good easy to go to city center and shoping center

I have only stayed one night but the treatment of the staff has been unbeatable. Exceptional attention. Recommended 100%. One of the receptionists recommended me a place to eat cheap and delicious, and above accompanied me to the door. Very kindness on the part of the receptionists. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very complete.

Great location, staff super friendly & helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the gym is excellent! I was glad to discover this hotel and I will definitely stay here every time I have to visit Kuwait. Ah, and is right next to a mall, which it was a bonus!

Quiet and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the stay and were welcomed in a wonderful way, we were greeted by the wonderful Nilesh at the buffet he was a very friendly and welcoming person.

Great location, amazing view from the rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. The mattress is nice and comfortable. The restaurant isn't cheap, but the food tastes good and the portions are big.

Fantastic place, rarely ever do I give a full "10" but they earned it. Great location near city center, allowed a VERY Early check in, free of charge, they have a mid night restaurant, so I was able to get a good meal at a crazy hour in the morning, very large, well equipped super comfortable room and finally a lavish breakfast. Best of all the very early check in free of charge. These guys are at the top of their game, this is the place to stay in Kuwait City.
