The staff was incredibly polite and responsive to all our requests 😇 The room was spacious and beautifully designed — it was quiet, and we were able to fully relax. Super comfortable! The boutique hotel's aesthetics were a real delight. Breakfast was delicious, and they can bring it to your room at your chosen time between 7:30 and 11:00. When we arrived, some renovation work was going on, which initially worried us, but we didn’t hear a thing — so I believe the soundproofing is quite good 👍 P.S. I also noticed that communication with the reception is available via WhatsApp (QR code), not through an internal phone line. This might be slightly inconvenient for guests who don’t use WhatsApp, but in my case it was absolutely fine, as I do use it and everything worked well. I truly enjoyed my stay and I definitely want to come back in the future.
