This is a small size hotel, very neatly designed, clean and comfortable, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I loved the à la carte breakfast, very fresh and tasty. 5/5 — An Exceptional Stay at Lancaster Plaza Beirut From the moment we arrived in Beirut, our experience with Lancaster Plaza set the tone for a truly memorable trip. They arranged transportation for us smoothly and quickly, without any delay or complications. It was clear from the beginning that this hotel values efficiency and genuine hospitality. Upon entering our room, we found a beautifully prepared selection of sweets waiting for us — not just any sweets, but ones that were clearly chosen with care. They were delicious, thoughtful, and added a special touch to our arrival. This small gesture alone made us feel valued as guests. The entire stay—from locating the place, to settling in, to the daily comfort—was smooth and enjoyable. The team built our experience with real attention to detail, and for the first three days everything was simply perfect. A small issue happened at one point during our stay, but what truly stood out was how the staff handled it. Mr. Jameel himself, along with Aya, Haya, and Jeenah, took full responsibility and followed up with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Their level of care transformed what could have been a negative moment into a reassuring reminder of how seriously they take guest satisfaction. Because of their exceptional attitude, the issue didn’t affect our experience at all. Overall, our stay at Lancaster Plaza was outstanding. The service, the professionalism, the warm hospitality, and the way the team genuinely cared about our comfort made a real difference. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being looked after by people who truly take pride in what they do. Without any doubt, I highly recommend Lancaster Plaza to anyone visiting Beirut. Whether you’re coming for work or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, reliability, and a level of service that truly elevates your trip. We are grateful for the experience and will definitely return

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. Overall, my experience at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip!

Exquisite decor and vibe. Hotel Costes meets Wes Anderson. Service was truly exceptional. Takes you back to how hotels should be run. Even the most exclusive hotels around the world have become heavily corporatized, standardized and have lost their charm and essence. Albergo retains all of the good stuff. Exceptional.

Beirut is a resilient city and the shining face of the Middle East and Arabic-speaking nations. The people are full of life and hope. Sexual freedom, smiles, life, liberty, beauty, and history are all present in this city. I wish I could see the rest of the world smiling like this city is smiling in the face of misery and wars. words break when it comes to painting the face of Beirut. Yet, it is not just a pleasure; it is life showing itself as resilient and smiling. The Flower of the Middle East that is always blossoming.

Beirut is a beautiful and lively city full of history, good food, and friendly people. Our family really enjoyed walking along the Corniche and visiting the cafés and shops around Hamra Street. The atmosphere was welcoming and safe, and the people were always kind and helpful. We ate at several nearby restaurants, including Crepaway and Barbar, both offering delicious Lebanese dishes at good prices. Getting around Beirut was easy — taxis are available everywhere, and most places are close to each other. For families with young children, the seaside promenade and nearby parks are great for evening walks. We also enjoyed short trips to Raouche Rock and the marina area. The only downside is the traffic during rush hours, but it’s manageable. Overall, Beirut is a city full of charm, energy, and warmth — we would happily return again.

Beirut is a great city to visit.

Beirut is a great city to visit. Exciting nightlife, friendly people, lots of yummy food, cool events happening regularly. You will need a car to get around, but there is a new public transportation system (buses) with an easy-to-use app.
