We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. This place is exceptional in every way. It's extremely clean, beds are extremely comfortable. The soap, shampoo, tea, linen, bathroom, decoration, location, peace everything was beyond my expectation. The owner provided free transport to the airport, to restaurants & for shopping etc. Extremely helpful, friendly & genuine owner. It was a real pleasure staying at AIRPORT COLOMBO POCKET PARADISE.

°Sonja and Bernard are the best. They're so kind, understanding and they do everything they could to make you happy. °The cleaning was done not in two seconds as everybody does in different countries. They cleaned the place like for themselves. °The food was good. °The room was huge. °Everything worked well. °The pool was maintained very well. °I had some probs at work and Bernard and Sonja were so kind to me letting me go one week earlier than planned, they refunded the amount exactly as it was supposed to be. Oh, I'm so touched by these people and their kind hearts. °If you want to relax and you're tired of the city, metropolis noise, hussle and stuff, this place is ideal for you. Or maybe a one-two-three day stay for chilling before going to the next place. I'd never advise any other places but this. You'd never regret it.

I stayed here 4 days after very long flights from the US to recover my sleep. Riverrina is a very quiet and peaceful place to relax. The swimming pool is large, clean and refreshing. There is lots of wildlife on the grounds--such a delight to wake up to the many birds singing. (Listen for the kookaburra!) Ask to look at the Dutch canal and the tree with bees! The staff is exceptional--they always appeared as soon as I came downstairs to see if I need anything. I loved the Sri Lankan breakfast that changes a bit everyday. There are many choices on the buffet. Everything is spotless and well-cared for. Although it is a bit far from the airport, I vote it a perfect place to recuperate from a long flight before experiencing this wonderful country.

    When I returned from Kandy, I supposed to stay other hotel which I booked by booking.com but unfortunately It didn't give my expectations so I decided to search other hotel in the same area and I found this 5 star Sentido Heritance. I also booked through booking.com. I liked everything. Rooms are clean, and the hotel looks like newly. Breakfast & lunch buffet were very good. Suddenly I got to know the manager of the hotel Mr. Virach, he's a very good guy and very caring. I recommend this hotel.

    Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

    Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

    I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors also it is closer to CMB airport that was the reason I selected there. After I explore the area there are so many nice hotels are there to book and also heard down south area is becoming a good spot for the tourism than Negombo.

    I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent and very quiet and peaceful room. The hotel must be implemented to do below the mentioned points. 1: The hotel room needs to keep a dustbin. 2: The hotel must keep a bath towel inside the bathroom. 3; The Bathroom inside the slippers needs to be kept. Other than this everything is ok.

    Perfect one/two nights on arrival take a tuktuk tour its worth it and last night before you leave. Negombo is 30 mins to the main SRI Lankan Airport, much close than Colombo. Also all hotels have UK plug sockets which is useful

    I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.
