The b&b staff was efficient, flexible, and accommodating. We received immediate assistance when we complained about excessively noisy neighbours. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some have small terraces equipped with tables and chairs. The restaurant is superb: the menu offers a variety of starters, salads, mains, and drinks. Fish is prominent on the menu, but, given the name of the place, it is to be expected. The restaurant brews their own beer and kvass, both of which are highly recommended. I had troubles with another hotel and asked for earlier check-in. It was 11 o'clock and official check in time is from 15. Guess what, staff was so helpful that they contacted maids and asked to prepare my room earlier. It was exceptional! I feel so grateful. They have highest class customer service. Room was nice, smelled very pleasant, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. I couldn't ask anything more. Price is great, same as location. Raseiniai has many patriotic sites and memorials of Lithuania. Also, it has quite a few nature sites within Dubysa regional park that are worth having a look and visit. Raseiniai also has rich cultural heritage with quite few important Lithuanian writers being born in the region. I particularly liked nature trail next to Dubysa which we could not complete entirely, unfortunately. We liked the Botanical garden very much. One can spend a full day there. Spacious and very relaxing. Great choice of flowers. A wonderful resort town where everything is close and in summer there is blooming nature all around. There are a lot of spa hotels where you can relax and unwind. Really wanted to leave a 5 star review under the first impression, but the hosts were so nosy, they were checking on us/property after each outing we made. Did not felt comfortable at all. We felt being watched all the time. The hosts was rude when using bbq. Ran out straight when we started. Said we should of asked if we wanted to use even though it was included in accommodation. We were short of hot water after only two showers. It was fixed immediately, of course, but we got the comments as it was very surprising. And then the hosts removed all of the bedding from the loft with no explanation, where our son loved to sleep. They probably thought someone else without us is staying in a property which never happened. The hoouse is surrounded with cameras so they see everything. We got an impression the hosts are more happy with guests who travel a lot so they don't use much... We will not stay in this Vila again. Will look for more private property next time, not with the hosts within 2min distance who are watching you come and go through the window. You pay such a big sum of money, but feel like accommodation is very limited.Guest review byArmandas
