Amazing stay :) The room had many thought-through details that made my experience pleasant and comfortable, and that I didn’t expect at all for this price. The design of the room is nice and minimalistic with two large windows that you can fully open and watch the rain 😍💔 There were also biscuits, tea/coffee, and a bottle of water in the room, that I greatly appreciated because I was coming after a long trip :) And location is top notch for those traveling from Daugavpils bus station. Thank you!

Biplan City has excellent location for business travel and the staff is really helpful. Rooms are large and nice - no elevator though but that's not a problem. Free parking in front and behind the house. Superb feature on Summer season is the tent in front of the house that serves as a summer terrace.

Amazing cosy hotel with a helpfull staff. Good location, clean rooms, really nice breakfast, cute barbeque area in the internal yard. Stayed in 4 other hotels in Daugavpils before but this one is definitely my favorite now.

Good staff. Got a little late for breakfast, still gave me food (prepared for a single person). (But I recommend everyone to be on time. I was reaply tired last night so I overslept). Have parking area. Really clean. All necessary equipments. 👍

I did not have access to a telephone, so I had to borrow one from the Ukrainian refugees staying there. Once I did, the check-in process was easy. But without a phone, there is no one to check you in.
