The service from the hotel staff was outstanding. The Guest Relations Manager Nihal provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We received a text message from her as soon as we landed in Casablanca and she welcomed us at the hotel, offered us tea, and showed us to our room. After checkout she also reached out to make sure we were fully satisfied. I was very impressed by the care of Nihal and the rest of the staff. Even the shuttle drivers were outstanding and prompt!

The host was super nice and reactive, the other staff including the security guards at the residency and the driver that was recommended by the host were very gentle and helpful. Very clean apartment, same as the pictures. I recommend this booking and i am planning to go back.
