Bijela had great opportunities to swim and relax. The local supermarkets and restaurants were not too far away. A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay. We were there in August and there was no public events, parties, or other entertaining options. You have only few local stores, a bakery, few restaurants, and a beach to enjoy. The only road leading through Prcanj is pretty very stressful to drive it. It is very narrow and windy with blind corners and yes, count with many stops and much longer ride because of busy traffic. A quieter part of the coastline in comparison to Kotor.
A quieter part of the coastline in comparison to Kotor. The roads were not full of traffic jams and you can take water taxis or boat rides across to the other side of the bay. The landscape is filled with olive groves and the beaches were not too busy. Don’t expect long sandy beaches - more small pebbled coves with rocks or concrete platforms to enter the clear water.
