Our room was great. Clean, confortable and cozy. We had a nice balcony and all the amenities needed + more. The minibar was full at ariving and did not had to pay for that unless refilled. We had teas and coffee in the room as well. I especially enjoyed the big flat screen as I could watch my Netflix series before getting asleep 😆 and the wonderful bed. Special thanks to all the staff who was always helpful and nice: Regie, Sofi, Deepak, Nikesh, Santiago, the chef from the inside restaurant. The girls from the reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone made our stay excellent! The breakfast was surprinsingly variate and so not expected on our side. First night (and later decided on all the other nights) we had dinner at the restaurant ALTA CUCINA of the hotel and the food was delicious. Plus we got a bottle of wine on the house in our first night. We tried almost everything from the menu. Absolutely delicious! I also loved the SPA area, though the services were a bit pricey comparing to everything else, which I did not try so I cannot evaluate properly. However, the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were free of charge. I regret I did not make it to see the rooftoop pool, although I have thought about that before leaving. Well, it can count as a reason to come back sometime soon, right? 😁 The shuttle from the airpoirt to the hotel and viceversa was an inspired choice, as we had to cross most of the country to get to BWP. What I did not realize was the difference on the timing, as Booking apparently considered the Romanian timezone, and we were actually at one hour difference in Malta. This is something you shall consider if you opt for shuttle. Luckily, I checked the app in time and everything went smooth with that too. We even got a postcard from the driver as a souvenir which was very nice. People there are very friendly and open, always willing to help. Malta was a great stay for me and I would recommend Best Western Premier Hotel 100%. Thank you! ❤️

    The staff was lovely and ready to help at every step. The location of the hotel was perfect for us because we wanted a relaxing stay close to the beach, and also the occasional shopping trips ;) This joint is both clean and provides lots of activities for those that want a nice carefree vacation. When I come back to Malta I will definetly stay here again, although not in June but preferably at different time, on the account of the blassted sun that kept shining so bloody bright and hot all the time.     Fantastic location on the bay. Large rooms. Rooms facing north are more interesting to watch the ferry traffic but are sometimes noisy.     It is very busy in St Julians and Paceville is geared up for the youngsters. There was loads of people near the pubs and clubs in Paceville. A lot of people just barge past you and have no etiquette. Bars are mixed with some are cheap and others are expensive. Same with restaurants. You need to research the area to get the best deals on bars and restaurants. There are late night supermarkets open. Bars and restaurants open late too Spinola bay and ballutta bay are more scenic which has lovely views. Be careful when crossing the road as there are a lot of cars and there are not many pedestrian crossings

    The beach was clean and sunbeds with umbrellas were great. They even provided a separate towel to lie on. This was a small cost for the use of it all day. The bar and restaurant weren’t part of our hotel but just a stones throw, so perfect. Lots of rocks to lie on and ladders used in parts to get into the sea. St. Paul’s Bay is a pretty town with shops, restaurants, and beachside cafes, easy to get around using ferry and Uber.

    Valletta has lots to offer - old buildings, churches, and beautiful coastline. There are endless places to eat - we had meals at Casa Ellul (fine dining, excellent), Rubino (robust local food, good), Legliglin (fixed menu), Kings Own Band Club (robust local food - I liked this place a lot - the food was hearty, unpretentious and fairly priced), and Noni (Michelin star, fixed menu, highly pretentious, flavours not as exquisite as the price suggests). Valletta is not an easy destination for people of reduced mobility as it is hilly. But it is a lovely town to walk around - lots of beautiful views and many viewpoints. The buses are extremely easy to use so getting around the island from Valletta is simple.

    I like to stay in Gzira, but to travel from here to other destinations in Malta. Gzira is noisy, dusty, too much traffic. Good enough to stay to sleep and to travel/swim/visit anywhere else in Malta. Gzira = good base for trips.

    Although I have been to Mellieha before and it has changed enormously in the last 25 years, I think it is still one of the most charming parts of Malta. There are dozens of bars and restaurants, a fair few of which I have visited and every one was excellent. I could not fault the village in any way I would certainly recommend this as a holiday destination. Although very hilly, I believe that is part of its charm and I have stayed in other parts of Malta, all of which have their own attraction.

    Msida is a great location to stay being perfectly placed to visit the busy areas of Valletta, Sliema and St Julian's. The marina is amazing with some of the best restaurants in Malta just a short distance away on foot or by Uber or Bolt. Buses run to all parts of the island from stops within walking distance of the centre. Breakfast at the Busy Bee in Msida is a must as is a visit to their ice cream parlour in the evening.

    Not your normal seaside holiday resort. The freeport as a back drop can be a bit of a shock but is soon overlooked. The Village is quaint with ample facilities, but not the place for people looking for nightlife. Lovely. Great time had by all our family.

    Having travelled around GOZO and MALTA for 2 weeks you realise it is a small place and you can get everywhere within 30 mins. We could have stayed in Valletta and done a day trip to here and it would have been enough.
