The room and our balcony were so much more beautiful than I expected, the pictures of this place really do not do it justice. I really did not want to say goodbye to this place! It reminded me of Santorini! The sunsets on the little private beach are perfect. Shoutout to Tony who did an amazing job working with my fiance to plan a surprise proposal for me! Make sure you find out which beaches are swimable before you go, and if you go snorkling go with a guide. The currents can be strong - and some dangerous- so a guide will help avoid that and provide support. Public bathrooms have no toilet seats, sometimes there is no toilet paper, and sometimes the only way to flush is with water. The people are friendly and helpful and wonderful. Most do not speak English but you’ll make friends everywhere you go. The seafood is outrageously good. Eat as much seafood as you can. I didn’t go into town so I can’t speak to that.
