We ate regional/Veracruz food at the hotel restaurant it was delicious, affordable and Rodolfo our server was excellent. Casitas is easily walkable down the beach or by road (a few Mosquitos). We communicated with the hotel in advance, they were extremely helpful on how to get there (we took the ADO). I randomly chose Ananta Hotel based on Booking.com reviews, it met(it’s exactly like the photos) and exceeded expectations!Guest review byRonCanada

The restaurant just happened to close at 6:30 right after we arrived. Very difficult to hook up to wifi. The woman said she didn’t know of another restaurant and I could go to the mini mart and buy bread. Had no pesos so couldn’t buy anything and wouldn’t tell us where to exchange. All in all not a very special place, at least the sea is more clean then in Veracruz city but except from that there's not much to do and see. The Hotels are without exception very overrated and for non native tourists about 1 or 2 stars at the most.Guest review byEdwinMexico
