- From $162.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 3,281 reviewsEverything was awesome and beyond my expectations. Price Considering the facilities and the location, I would think the price would be way more expensive. I paid less than what I budgeted. Location This hotel is not downtown Queretaro, but it is quite close. In my case, for the purpose of my trip, the location was perfect. Some places that are around the hotel: IMSS, Plaza Galerías (this is a mall), Cinépolis (movie theatre) and plenty of restaurants. Parking When you arrive to the hotel, there is room for you to park and safely unload your stuff, there is people that can help with this too. They have valet parking, but you can also park your car yourself. There are plenty of spots, and it's roofed so you won't get get and your car won't be under the sun. The parking lot is connected to the building and secure. Desk The check-in process was pretty fast, and the personnel were very nice. Special needs Every area of the hotel has ramps and elevators, so there are no constraints for wheelchairs, which is awesome. Room We got a room with two double beds and it was pretty spacious. It was my mom and I, unfortunately, we don't know how to travel lightly, but we didn't feel crowded at all. The room we got had view to the garden and it was very pretty. Extra points for: having a full-size mirror, a desk and chair in case you bring your laptop, USB ports and outlets in the middle of both beds, having a light aside from the night lamps, iron table and iron, hairdryer in the bathroom, kleenex. Pool We didn't get in the pool, but it was very clean. Garden Definitely one of the best parts of the hotel is the garden, they have a variety of plants and they take good care of it. Restaurant They are open from 7 am to 11 pm Mon - Fri and 8 am to 11 pm Sat - Sun. For breakfast have two options: buffet or menu. We got the buffet and the food was pretty tasty, great price.Guest review byPepelopeMexico
- From $236.51 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,429 reviewsThe hotel has excellent amenities and since I was traveling with my pets, this place is perfect for them with the spacious green areas and virtually you can walk with your pets all around with no restrictions. I like the cozy atmosphere and the gardens to walk around. Very well located just 1km to the cathedral and you have many coffee shops and restaurants around. Rooms were very spacious and the terrace was very nice.Guest review byYazminMexico

The shower was also amazing.Guest review byAndresMexico

Great walking in the historical center and a couple of nice museums. We went to a pyramid just outside town. It was a pile of bricks but if you go with a knowledgeable tour guide, it can really bring things alive.Guest review byRachelSwitzerland - 10.0

Leon is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in Mexican culture and history. It's also Mexico's leather goods and shoe production / sale center. If you don't plan a trip to Leon as a destination but are visiting Guanajuato or San Miguel de Allende you won't go wrong making a day-trip to Leon.Guest review byWilliamUnited States - 10.0

Check in times in general can be a little too late 3pm. Morelia its selft has alot of Hisotoric and Culinary places to experience. I feel like Patzcuaro has a more diverse and authentic art, curios, souvenir community.Guest review byGarciaUnited States - 10.0

If you like shopping in a charming town with a lot of character and history, Guanajuato is fantastic! You definitely do not need a car, parking is very limited. There are so many small artisan shops, museums, art galleries. Make sure you have comfy waking shoes. Check out Guanajuato’s oficial website for upcoming festivals in case you want attend or avoid.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Completely charming town with spectacular architecture.
Completely charming town with spectacular architecture. Not as over-touristed as we expected and easy to get around. Our visit was during the Fiera (Festival) and there were processions and a major concert on the plaza. Food choices are endless in all price ranges. None of the restaurants we went to were crowded. Uber was readily available and very inexpensive. Highly recommend taking the bus (we used ETN) instead of driving in. The parking is very limited in the central core.Guest review byDennisUnited States - 8.0

I liked cibeles, restaurants sabor a café, café boulevard, el rincon del cafe, mi lindo sinaloa, it's easy to get around the city in camión, or Uber and taxi even they sometimes overcharge, use common sense when you are in certain areas, don't show valuables such as jewelry, money, or cell phones, be careful at all times and enjoy your visitGuest review byMireles - 4.0

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic, particularly the bike and motorcycle traffic, were seriously dangerous. Very crowded and not picturesque to see (what I saw). I changed plans and departed for the hotel. But, if looking for places to eat, I recommend Los Plebes, an outdoor covered restaurant with great food and good service between town center and the airport.Guest review byJuanUnited States - 10.0

The centro area is car free in all directions so it makes for a nice stroll around the historic area. It's very flat with nice sidewalks and ramps. If we had spent more time there we would have taken a winery tour of which there are many. I think Tequis would be a good two to three night stay.Guest review byRobert TMexico - 10.0

I was there for work, but was able to enjoy the town in my off-time. This is a great town that's not crowded with tourists. It's "tranquilo" and a great place to just walk around and enjoy.Guest review byJosephUnited States - 10.0

Lovely safe city. Lots to do and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Some good watering holes too! Plenty of buses but uber or similar are better. Taxis are ok but fares vary depending on the driver…lGuest review byBRIANMexico
