I stayed here with my elderly parents and the host was very accommodating with the room change taking my parents age into mind. It is located in the heart of Georgetown with a lot of Indian, Chinese and Malay food options close by. The hotel has a rich history and the owners have been taking a lot of effort to maintain its charm and character. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Georgetown in a heart beat.

I come to George Town for the second time, I will choose this hotel again. The location is very good and brand new. It's really comfortable to stay in the public area. 😌 There are fewer rooms in this store. It's not so noisy. I'm very lucky to be the fifth resident of nio. The toilet and bathroom are separated. The room is warmly arranged. The public area will be equipped with IKEA cups. The three-in-one will be replenished in time every day. Coffee and tea. There are also tableware and microwave ovens. Water dispensers and refrigerators are available in the public area. knowing that I was going to leave the george town the next day, noi also specially asked me to take some coffee. What a difference a staff that actually cares can make. This is a small place with only a few rooms that has not been renovated to cram as many beds as possible in tiny box rooms for maximum profit, but a very chill home with a great vibe and staff that make you feel like part of the family. King Arthur was so helpful and sweet during our stay. The free breakfast changed everyday and always some great local food, not just butter/toast/jam (which is also available 24/7) And of course the cats were sweet and nice to play with, and if you let them, they will sleep in your room with you to enjoy the AC. They had a groupchat to let everyone know what events were happening in town and recommendations for food or day trips. And as many would like to know, soft comfortable mattress and hot water!

We upgraded to the chalet with private dip pool and that was a treat. The path up to the chalet is lined with fruit trees and the hosts explained each tree and the other plants around.
