- From $168.44 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,408 reviewsWe really enjoyed our stay there. Beautiful and cozy decorated lobby and dining area, comfortable room, and nice breakfast. Most importantly, the staff members were all super nice and helpful- our car ran out of battery in the morning, and the staff members helped us to jumpstart very quickly. Communication was smooth as well. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience!Guest review byCoralUnited States

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 108 reviewsReally beautiful location and overall layout is nice. Feels like a private town or resort. Playground is a nice size with jumping area. Felt safe, clean. Slightly heated pool was nice (but windy). Camping cabin was well appointed with nice patio, mini kitchen (no oven, fyi).Guest review byJanetteNorway

Very good value for summer when everything else costs are astronomical in the area. And I am pretty sure I got a free room upgrade as my room was much larger than the 20 sq meters I expected when booking.Guest review byDARRINNorway

My phone has no Wi-Fi couldn’t get the code. No front desk.
My phone has no Wi-Fi couldn’t get the code. No front desk. We had to call in long distance to get a hold of someone. A guy was nice enough to help us out. We ate out at the sushi Asian restaurant, I had a refried rice. It was real good. We walked the trails which is hilly but enjoyable looking out at the ocean. We saw a big boat going by. It was a good day, we walked 14,000 steps!Guest review byConnieUnited States - 8.0

Arendal is a beautiful little coastal town. Summer is the best time. Spring in Norway can range from raging blizzard to warm and sunny. I had it all in April / May. The place is teaming with great food too.Guest review byFaustbosNorway - 8.0

I never heard about Mandal before, and I had not prepared for our stay well, but I really enjoyed my 2.5-hour walk around the city. We also went to a beach, but just to walk as it was cold that evening. Certainly worth better preparation if you want to combine sightseeing and hiking in one place.Guest review byWitalijPoland - 10.0

The area is great for walking - well maintained trails and opportunities to stop by the water. Our only stop outside of the hotel was at the Kiwi pris (small market) so other shops or attractions were not part of our visit.Guest review byIlsaUnited States - 10.0

I was only there for a couple of days as a layover onto my next stop. I wanted to hike the lumber site. I highly recommend taking the trip north to this area. The views were amazing, and it was a pleasant hike and easy for all ages.Guest review bysml0920United States - 10.0

Kunstsilo is one of the world's great art venues. The food there was good but not exceptional. While the city itself is OK and has some pleasant areas some of the smaller towns further north are more picturesque.Guest review byJohnSweden
