If you want peace and quiet and a lovely view of the Altafjord - then this small family hotel is perfect for you! I was alone....though my room did not face the lake but it was still very nice. It had two open areas with comfy sofas and two massage chairs which I used a lot. The breakfast was amazing. The views were incredible. The fact that you can always have tea , coffee and a biscuits on no charge was really nice. It was only 20 mins walk from centrum which had amazing views. The gold explorer for the northern light do a pick up directly from the house Both ladies at the reception was very sweet.

Only 12 miles from Alta’s town center, along the Alta River, is where this special igloo hotel is located. The hotel was spectacular. We had the chance to view all the suites and they were all incredible. If you can splurge on the suite…do it! The art in the hotel is just incredibly creative and beautiful. All around in incredible!!

Located about 0.9 mi from central Honningsvåg and the Hurtigruten Terminal Honningsvåg, The View features free WiFi, free private parking and a bike garage. The staff were exceptional. They made our stay very convenient. They were very friendly & very helpful. They made sure we miss nothing we needed, in this remote small town in the off season. We are very thankful to the staff-team at The View !

This central Kirkenes hotel is on the shore of Bøkfjorden, 2953 feet from Hurtigruten Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and an à la carte restaurant with a seasonal menu. The staff was so nice that she offered me early check in as I arrived at the airport early in the morning. I saw northern lights just in the hotel during my staying at the hotel. So lucky. :-)

Located in Varangerbotn, 8 SEASONS has a shared lounge, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. At the hotel, the rooms come with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels.... The breakfast was self service, but it was available around the clock. Everything (and more) that we expected was available. The Sápmi culture was nicely presented in signs, texts, decorations and pictures.

Located in Jakobselv, Lille Chili Eat and Sleep AS features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. We liked everything: the spotless clean room and bathroom, the breakfast with fruit and vegetables (and cheeses, ham, eggs, yogurt, marmalade, ...), the balcony with sea view, the staff, the Thai restaurant at the ground floor. The restaurant closes at 9pm (kitchen at 8:30pm). The rooms are at the first floor above the restaurant. From the balcony, where there is a table with chairs, you get inside a small common area where there is a shared fridge, gratuities coffee, tea, biscuits and fruits. Our room was comfortable and very nicely decorated, Norwegian, but colourful.
