From my point of view, I recommend visiting Stavanger for those who like natural views with mountains and waters. The impressive cruise on Lysefjord to Preikestolen and Hengjanefossen and the even more impressive mountain hike to PreikestolenGuest review byJurisLatvia - 10.0

Very friendly town - lots to do and see locally, a short plane ride from Oslo and a bus station in town easily connecting you further afield. Friends went swimming and walking and recommended the museum. I also found a good range of pricing options across activities , dining etc so although overall Norway was not cheap it was cheaper than I expected and I holidayed within budgetGuest review byGraemeUnited Kingdom - 10.0

cute little town and astonishing nature --> great for hiking, kayaking and other outdoor activities; the chocolate factory was super. One week before Easter it was not very crowdy which I really appreciatedGuest review byLisanne SchaeferGermany - 8.0
Host was friendly and helpful.
Host was friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Location was slightly challenging, construction site adjacent to property, horse stalls directly behind apartment. We arrived late afternoon and left fairly early the next morning. I think it will be wonderful when all construction is completed.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
The flat is really welcoming and spacious.
The flat is really welcoming and spacious. I regreted already when I was booking that we had only one night there. It looked very cosy, and it indeed was. It was a best apartment of our 9 day stay in Norway.Guest review byJana VankovaCzech Republic - 6.0
Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good.
Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good. I was disappointed to find that what looked like a charming character country hotel was adjacent to and overlooked a transport depot. Also the breakfast was pre packaged. - sandwich and fruit and ja juice. I didn’t appreciate not having a choice. Having said all that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable with a pleasant vibe.Guest review byBernadetteAustralia - 8.0

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, not far from the supermarket and town. It provides limited parking spaces, which is convenient for bringing a car. Their breakfast is a good value for the money, I would highly recommend taking the option when you stay there.Guest review byXiuUnited States - 10.0

The view of the place and just how inviting the whole place was was amazing. The apartment is spacious and can easily fit up to 5-6 people, but is also amazing for just two. The kitchen and living space was especially cozy. The location is also great and there are wonderful trails to walk not far away.Guest review byNora - 10.0
The 12th century cathedral was so interesting.
The 12th century cathedral was so interesting. The book on sale at reception gave a very good history. The petroleum exhibition was very interesting. I really understood the importance of finding oil to Norway, although the accidents endured by families was heartrending.Guest review byHealy
