- From $357.54 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 553 reviewsI was delighted with the hotel's location. It was remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurants was a culinary delight. The food was not only delicious but also well-presented, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. I must commend your staff for their exceptional hospitality. Every member of your team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire property is a true gem. Its beauty and comfort made me feel right at home throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The only suggestion I would like to offer is the addition of an elevator, as it would further enhance the accessibility and convenience of your establishment. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. I look forward to returning in the futureGuest review byYingJieChina
- From $215.72 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 2,093 reviewsWe truly enjoyed our stay here. Of four nights, only one night the car parking inside our lot wasn’t available (we came back after 10pm), so we had to park in the other car parking of the hotel, but there was always parking g while we were there in May. It was a very spacious apartment for the two of us, super comfortable, everything was very clean, the kitchen super well equipped (we cooked out breakfasts there), it has a small laundry… and the design and layout of the room were perfect: the beautiful views of the lake could be seen from every area. Having breakfast looking at the lake was a great experience. Great location super close to everything. Just loved itGuest review byYaraPanama
- From $110.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,406 reviewsThe hotel is instagrammable overall with every nook and cranny beautifully decorated with touches of a past era. The room smells good, the bed and mattress are comfortable (my daughter didn't want to get up!), the towels are thick & clean, the garden is beautiful and filled with flowers, and even the room window has flowers planted outside so it was a pretty sight even from inside the room. The dinner at the garden surrounded with these colorful blooms was a delight. The bar & restaurant staff are polite, friendly and attentive. I like that there is a self-service laundry room available for guests to use for a minimum fee. Parking is also available.Guest review byCarolynPhilippines
- From $2,949.71 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 53 reviewswe had been traveling for some weeks when we reached eichardts, so having laundry facilities in our apartment suite were an unexpected bonus. The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodationsGuest review byJohnUnited States

Queenstown is great for a couple of nights if you're passing through or showing friends from overseas. As a Kiwi, we do find it expensive, however we know it is geared towards international tourists. They have an excellent Medical Centre!Guest review byVickiNew Zealand - 10.0

We were just passing through on this trip, but Dunedin is a great place to visit for an extended stay Harbour and inlet good for paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing. Any scheduled open water swims are great. Mountain biking on the peninsula and behind Logan Park and other trails is good. Good tramping and trail running, Mt Cargill, Swampy etc Weekly Park runs. Marathon one of my NZ favourites, a must do. Summer events regularly held by local triathlon club. I am in my 70s and enjoy Dunedin, younger folks would enjoy it even moreGuest review byShirleyNew Zealand - 10.0

Cromwell is a great place to base yourself, perfectly positioned in the heart of Central Otago between iconic hotspots like Queenstown and Wanaka. Just a short 45-minute drive from both, it's incredibly accessible, yet offers enough charm and character to stand proudly as a destination in its own right. Whether you're chasing adrenaline, exploring vineyards, or simply unwinding by Lake Dunstan, Cromwell caters to every pace. The town blends scenic beauty with a welcoming, laid-back vibe that makes visitors feel instantly at home. From world-class wineries to heritage precincts and local markets, it rewards those who linger with rich and memorable experiences. Don’t just pass through, spend time here. You’ll discover why many wish they'd stayed longer.Guest review byNeilNew Zealand - 10.0

There is a big clock on the hilltop.
There is a big clock on the hilltop. A big playground in the city centre. An information centre with a museum and a small gallery in the same building. We could walk along the river in the bush. Grocery shopping was easy as there are two major supermarkets, New World and Woolworths. Fast food was easy to find. Cafes offer good-tasting coffee. There is plenty of free parking in the town centre, from where we could walk almost anywhere around the town. Alexandra is a small town for a visit, where you want to unwind in a laid-back setting. It is also close to Cromwell and Roxburgh, where you can go for cherry picking in the summer.Guest review byZeyingNew Zealand - 8.0

Traveled south to support our basketball tem who played in Dunedin. Mosgiel was close enough for a short trip into town, yet far enough out to avoid any hussel & bussel of city life. Close to the airport for our departure. Lovely little town with all the services you could need. I'll be back to stay again.Guest review byPaulNew Zealand - 8.0
