Fabulous property with a private beach and some of the best and friendliest staff I’ve met while travelling. The restaurants - particularly Shiraz and Come Prima - were excellent and they constantly went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler daughter and make her comfortable. We stayed for four nights and can’t wait to be back again.

All is good with amazing staff, good location near airport and just steps away there are few big hypermarket. Mohammed at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, all our requests were welcomed, even the free late check out.

Excellent location on the water next to the Souq entrance with a great view from the rooftop and a popular cafe in the same building. Reception staff were so welcoming and helped me with the paid parking pass (you pay a small amount to be registered on an official site per 24 hours - I did see this being enforced, plates were being scanned around the Souq lots). Rooms are very modern with plenty of different lighting options and sockets for charging. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is a find. The clerks are attentive, speak English well, and kind to this elderly, forgetful customer. Every time I walked into the reception area, they were eager to help. I especially liked getting the room with a kitchen, not just a refrigerator. They also have a "real" gym, not just a couple of machines squeezed into tiny space. There is a full set of free weights as well as the usual machines, including a bike and treadmills. There are also showers off the gym. I will definitely use this hotel next time I need one on Oman.

The staff is amazing and they try their best to meet all requests. The room and all facilities are really clean. The breakfast buffet is decent and the swimming pool is on the terrace. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there are all types of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Great hotel with really nice staff, a lot of different restaurants and bars inside, nice swimming pool and amazing breakfast. Room was new and clean, receptionists are very helpful and kind. Definitely worth the money. And absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with our first visit to Muscat and Oman.

Very impressed with our first visit to Muscat and Oman. Good hotels at good value and great food at great value. We rented a car from NAB rentacar which was delivered to the hotel. Didn't use taxis. Bought a SIM card from Omantel at the airport for use with our portable wi-fi router so we could navigate around ourselves. If you want a spectacular world class, 4x4 low range track up to Jebel Shams get the gps track from Wikiloc - Rustaq to Shams. Not for the fainthearted! Our Mitsubishi Montero Sport on worn factory tyres managed easily.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

Muscat is more authentic than places like Dubai and Qatar, and a lot more laid back. It isn't expensive (its a lot cheaper than Dubai) and there is a lot to do. The main mosque is very impressive and the day trips to the islands for snorkelling are good. The main souq is also very good

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and...

The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and community. Each place is unique and captivating. The citizens are inviting and non-judgmental. They are willing to chat with you and give you tips on where to visit and where to eat etc. I NEVER VISITED A COUNTRY THAT SMELLS SO GREAT. Oman has a unique smell of oud fragrance from the airport into the streets, malls, hotels. It is a more relaxing Middle East compare to Dubai and other countries.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
