They took care of cleaning our rental car, provided a scale for checking luggage weight, and delivered extremely early breakfast to our room when we had a trip scheduled. You are also welcomed with many surprises like ability to choose your room, or fresh juice and snacks delivered to your room. They are extremely proactive and supportive which makes you feel like you're not just another client. Hotel location is good for snoorkling trip and airport connection, perfect spot to start or finish your Oman trip. There is a nice pool for afternoon relax abd rooms have a bathtub which to me was a nice surprise:) Forgot to mention - they also provide free airport shuttle. Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I really enjoy fishing, and the fishing spots there are absolutely incredible. The diving locations, like the famous cave dive, are simply out of this world. You'll find beautiful beaches with plenty of white sands and sparkling blue sea, perfect for relaxing. The food scene is fantastic, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries, and even local restaurants, all clean and very enjoyable. While the nightlife might not be as lively as in some other places, there are plenty of local spots where you can enjoy a fun evening with the residents. 1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
