Everyone at the hotel, from check in ti check out, was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also great: only a few minutes drive from the airport with a strip mall, with lots of interesting cafes and restaurants, only a short stroll away. If you’re looking for a quiet beach get away, you probably can’t do much better.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Muscat was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. The suites were spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided a perfect sanctuary after our days of exploring Muscat. One of the highlights of our visit was a breathtaking excursion to the Ad Dimaniyat Islands, a pristine paradise where we snorkeled with sea turtles and marveled at the stunning marine life. This experience was arranged with the help of Reem, a remarkable member of the Fraser Suites team.
Reem’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Despite our last-minute request, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything perfectly, ensuring that we had a seamless and unforgettable experience. Reem’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay special truly set her apart and left a lasting impression on our family.
The entire team at Fraser Suites Muscat exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, and we left with a deep appreciation for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat, especially for the chance to experience service as remarkable as what Reem provided

The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The beach was great and where we spent the majority of our time although the pools were also amazing with 3 to choose from. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely astounding and like no other buffet I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful relaxing stay.

Muscat is more authentic than places like Dubai and Qatar, and a lot more laid back. It isn't expensive (its a lot cheaper than Dubai) and there is a lot to do. The main mosque is very impressive and the day trips to the islands for snorkelling are good. The main souq is also very good

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met,
he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport.
from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp.
Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible.
Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay.
I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed.
I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks.

The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and community. Each place is unique and captivating. The citizens are inviting and non-judgmental. They are willing to chat with you and give you tips on where to visit and where to eat etc. I NEVER VISITED A COUNTRY THAT SMELLS SO GREAT. Oman has a unique smell of oud fragrance from the airport into the streets, malls, hotels. It is a more relaxing Middle East compare to Dubai and other countries.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
