The restaurant is fine overall, some dishes are very good, some are just OK. For breakfast we really enjoyed the pancakes!

Bret's kindness and engaging conversations added a personal touch to our experience. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and shared fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be some of the best dining experiences we’ve had.
Noah, Bret’s friendly dog, was a highlight of our stay. Whether it was playtime or cuddles, Noah’s cheerful presence brought so much joy and comfort. It felt like staying with family rather than at a typical lodging.

This is a luxurious “ Hostal” I ever stayed.. my room had a very good air conditioning and a fantastic view… ( it was located upstairs) the administration allow me to stay in the room 6 hours after checking in , without extra charge (due to a festival that was taking place in the area and I couldn’t take my car away) I was extremely grateful for that.. they always have someone in location in case of help during the night. My bed was very comfortable and the bathroom look brand new.. I was very pleased.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The room was clean, quiet, with a view was of the ocean. Royal Decameron was able to fulfill our request for a room facing the ocean, which we had requested. The beach was clean and pristine. We took our early morning walks on the beach, which was very beautiful! The pools were clean and accommodating. There always seems to be enough room for everyone, no matter what you want to do. The staff are amazing, everywhere you go!

Staff is very friendly and responsive, food is good and abundant, rooms are clean. There is entertainment every single day that we did not like. We noticed that other guests also looked for silence. It would be fair to entertain guests every other day, in our opinion.

Beautiful Valley.
Beautiful Valley. Food isn't great and there aren't alot of options for breakfast but if you're not in a rush and okay with taking it slow, El Valle is lovely. Great place for hikes and taking it easy!

We stayed at Town Center Suites within the Playa Blanca resort community and it was uncrowded, with multiplicity of swimming pools. We especially cherished the giant saltwater swimming pool where guests can freely use the comfy chaise lounges under the umbrellas.

The area is small and pretty. Friendly people but the towns people have been barraged with too many tourists. There was a lot to do if you like hiking and looking at waterfalls. We didn't have the time.

This is a rural and rustic property. There is a short walk to the creek and a great swimming hole but also a pool if you don't want to swim in the creek. Very nice setting. Rooms are rustic but nice. AC in rooms is nice to have if needed depending on the season. The food was great and the staff were very nice and helpful

El Valle is a lush valley in de Anton mountain.
El Valle is a lush valley in de Anton mountain. The birds and vegetation were abundant. The people are all friendly and accommodating. If you have the time, add El Valle de Anton to your itinerary. The roads in and out of town are steep switch backs. Avoid using the buses to enter and leave. The drivers seem to think they are on a timed event!

Excellent round trip airport experience to the amazing resort, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and stunning sites, Panama and its people are A+. Highlight of my trip? Watching the sunrise over Playa Blanca, feeding the monkeys, and sightseeing the old city. Simply unforgettable.
Recommend adding fans to buffet.

Valle De Anton is a beautiful place up in the mountains and great for a 2-3 day stay. There is a beautiful butterfly garden, thermal baths (which always seemed to be closed when we visited), and a zip line. The restaurants are not worth writing home about. Very basic food.

Excellent, Super friendly hosts... Must admit, I had wrongly assumed they would be Local Panamanian Spanish speakers, was interesting to find they were actually French. Breakfasts were great, and varied. Parking was excellent and secure. Would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Rio Hato. There is a local bar a few metres from B&B T.T, which serves good food. We also had access to their kitchen. And an honesty section, for soft drinks and snacks. B&B T.T is literally on the beach.
Only one minor issue we had is being there at New Year 2023, the Rio Hatons love to party, and loud bongo music plays late into the night.
That aside our room though smallish, had aircon and a nice ensuite.

El Valle is really green with lots of gardens and flowers unfortunately it was still the rainy season so some of the hikes were not a good idea to hike alone
The local craft beer pub restaurant was fantastic and so was the Italian restaurant in the centre of town
