Cachora is a authentic village, perfect to relax and get an impression of authentic peruvian rural life. It lies in a valley with amazing views of the mountains and it is the start of the path to Choquequirao ruins. It is worth it to spend some time before and after the trek here. It is very easy to organise it individually without paying extra money for a tour from Cusco. It is nice to have lunch in the simple restaurant at the plaza with the local police officers, nurses and farmers.Guest review byAnnaGermany
