The owner is very kind and considerate and makes sure everything is taken care of quickly and smoothly. There was always hot water in the shower and the bed was very comfortable. I hope to come back again soon!

The breakfast was incredible, the staff really friendly and helpful, the hotel garden is a beautiful oasis and the pet lama, dogs and cats are so lovely. Was also great to be able to make our own tea - including coca leaves tea. Was sad to leave and missing it already.

The room was spotless and there was a great selection of welcoming tea. Janny and her family are lovely. They made me feel very confortable from the moment I walked in. Janny has been very helpful and she provided me a hiking map of the surroundings. The place feels super safe. There is a nice inner courtyard with a table that is perfect for evening reading and also a beautiful garden at the back with mountain view. There is a very good vibe at this place and it was perfect for resting after extenuating travel throughout the country.

I loved the view of the mountains, the environment was amazing, and the owners are an amazing family that makes us feel soo incredibly comfortable like they were there for us all the time and that was so nice. The tree house is really good and have some pillows and games. Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!

Diego was so welcoming and cooked us then best food ever (genuinely!). So grateful to have stayed with Diego and would highly recommend this hidden gem:).

At the homestay, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. Casa Augusta is located at the heart of Pisac and feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived José, the host, treated me like family - he even made a special tea to help me with altitude sickness, he would fill out my water bottle every night so I wouldn't be cold!! The morning view was amazing, overlooking the mountains in a frame of leaves and flowers from the house's garden. The bed was huge, and the bathroom had lots of hot water. It was super comfy.
