Cebu has its beautiful and calm areas which is awesome, however due to our location it was always an hour or so to get to these places, so my advice to future travellers is to choose a hotel outside the city centre, maybe more South West or South East where the beautiful beaches and waterfalls are situated.... A must have is Grab to get around, its safe and very affordable, however any beaches are far out of the city!Guest review bySolomonsVietnam - 10.0

It's a wonderful hotel that you don't need to leave for your stay. It has everything. The staff are world-class and the food is first class. They surprised us when they found out it was our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine.Guest review byBen WhiteAustralia - 10.0
I had lived in Moalboal before.
I had lived in Moalboal before. I was just back visiting a girlfriend. The Panagsama area, where the resort is located is great. Literally walked the entire area. Lots of different restaurants/bars. Plenty of different operators for activities, mostly sea related. It is a great area. I plan to move back next year.Guest review byBrianUnited States - 10.0
Woaw....a very busy place. It was super nice to do this.
Woaw....a very busy place. It was super nice to do this. A new check mark on my list. Tons of people, go early, as in early. We left the hotel at 6 and arrived at around 7 already tons of people. We got boat # 189 and there are 200 boats (walk ins) and there are like 100 numbers for online booking. 10 people per boat so image approx. 3000 on that day and they told us it was not so busy. Tourists pay $20.00 and locals$10.00. We rent a GoPro and the video files were not normal MP4 file, so it was a pain to find a way to convert them. All-in-all very fun event.Guest review byTERENCEAruba - 6.0

Beatiful, green island. Paradise for seafood fans. Fresh, delicious and decent price, sometimes even cheap. If you more into nature than towns and pubs do not miss: Mangrove Park, Nature Park, Lalio's cave, Colina Isla de Bantayan:) Santa Fe - more for food and drinks at night :)Guest review byMARIUSZPoland - 10.0

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 8.0

The island being small is a bit crowded on the side near the pier and the bounty beach. I haven't explored the northern part of the island so this will make me go back and visit the island again in the future. Good to visit for divers as this is the jumppoint to Kimud shoal where the Thresher sharks frequent to visit.Guest review byJason ReyPhilippines - 10.0

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.Guest review byThomasAustria
