We loved everything - the room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, breakfast was nice with a selection of Filipino and international options, the restaurant Brixie served tasty dishes throughout the day and the staff were very helpful and always willing to offer service with a smile. Great job everyone!

The resort is right on the beach, with bar and restaurant serving delicious food and drinks the whole day!! Breakfast is good and offers different options daily, food is covered with foil to prevent flies (something we didn’t see often in the Philippines). Cold water is always available and bottle refill for a minimum charge of 25 pesos. A little to no plastic is used and plenty of shade. The reception is really helpful and will help you with anything you may need (including finding a good massage). Right at the bar there is also the dive center offering curses and fun dives (EXCEPTIONAL). What we liked the most is the family atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly attentive helpful and welcoming!! We thank JM, Eileen, Karen, Shara and the rest of the staff for making our week in Malapascua amazing!

The hotel is, as expected, exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The breakfast buffet has a very wide selection of foods and is constantly refreshed. The staff is mostly very polite and friendly, with the exception of one incident which I will explain in the 'bad' part. Overall, it's an expensive hotel, but you get value for your money.

first, the owner was very accommodating and replies to all my inquiries and special request. we requested for a massage when we arrived and she was able to arrange it.someone picked us up from the port as well. the room was clean and already cold when we enter. the restaurant is by the beach and our room was few steps from the shore. there are kayak and stand up paddle boards available for recreational. the food were delicious!!! we requested food that were not on the menu and they found a way to make it happen. they have filipino food, seafood, japanese food and italian home made pasta! and mind you, they have the best coffee in town! we are definitely coming back!!

The stay was particularly comfortable because there was attention to detail. Jugs to fill with hot/cold water, extension lead that took plugs and usb in any part of the room. The space in the room was well used too. The staff were always friendly and polite and nothing was too much for them. They were happy to chat and give local info too. The breakfast was also very well organized.

    It's a wonderful hotel that you don't need to leave for your stay. It has everything. The staff are world-class and the food is first class. They surprised us when they found out it was our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine.

    I had lived in Moalboal before.

    I had lived in Moalboal before. I was just back visiting a girlfriend. The Panagsama area, where the resort is located is great. Literally walked the entire area. Lots of different restaurants/bars. Plenty of different operators for activities, mostly sea related. It is a great area. I plan to move back next year.

    Outside resort very run down and poor not like Ayala area Mainly for Koreans as 90% of food outlets cater To visit main seaside mall upwards of 700peso each way Can be difficult getting transport back

    Woaw....a very busy place. It was super nice to do this. A new check mark on my list. Tons of people, go early, as in early. We left the hotel at 6 and arrived at around 7 already tons of people. We got boat # 189 and there are 200 boats (walk ins) and there are like 100 numbers for online booking. 10 people per boat so image approx. 3000 on that day and they told us it was not so busy. Tourists pay $20.00 and locals$10.00. We rent a GoPro and the video files were not normal MP4 file, so it was a pain to find a way to convert them. All-in-all very fun event.

    Beatiful, green island. Paradise for seafood fans. Fresh, delicious and decent price, sometimes even cheap. If you more into nature than towns and pubs do not miss: Mangrove Park, Nature Park, Lalio's cave, Colina Isla de Bantayan:) Santa Fe - more for food and drinks at night :)

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    Malapascua Island is truly beautiful the corals are stunning, and the people are very nice. From the moment we got off the boat, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The sea, the corals, and the white sand are all amazing.

    Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.
