Beautiful gardens and pools. Comfortable for my senior parents we were with. Food was exceptional and the staff too. However, I lost a tiny semi-precious stone bracelet in my room. Not an expensive item but still it was disappointing to lose something inside the room. Room was very clean and fresh. Ideal place to wind down with family. It can be busy during weekends with events and day use clients.

My fiance and I were delighted with Savoy Hotel. It is new so the amenities are clean and updated. The staffs were very courteous, polite, and helpful. They are always smiling and willing to help you as much as possible. I want to commend Raymart in the f&b department, as well as other interns/ students both in the reception and in the f&b who were really helpful to us. The security guard Pablo was also nice to guests like us and even help us to connect with taxis that could bring us Bantayan to ensure that we will not be scammed. We stayed 7 days in this hotel because the location is great, there is a laundry shop nearby, 7/11 shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a beach etc at walking distance (5/7 minutes). We felt safe as well even walking during the night here

Fantastic hotel, definitely one of the best on Mactan. We've stayed here many times over the last ten years, and every time we come back, it gets better. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, they definitely go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Can not recommend the hotel highly enough, enjoyed every minute of our time there.

The staff hospitality is the best! Shout out to Ate Arlene int he housekeeping; Shalom for the fast check in and accommodating our requests and Kuya Norlan in the Allegro and Kuya Boy lifegurd from the main center pool. It’s compact, all the facilities are near each other and feels very exlusive and secure.

Mactan felt poor and overcrowded to us.

Mactan felt poor and overcrowded to us. It is true that we arrived after flooding and typhoons, but I am afraid that the trash is a constant problem here. People live along the sidewalks, sometimes even in cardboard boxes that are often placed literally on piles of garbage. Emaciated dogs roam around, and roosters are tied on short strings. Children beg for money. If you want to go on excursions, you have to travel quite far, yet there are constant traffic jams, so even short distances take an unreasonably long time. Choose other islands.

It is where we can see the Lapu Lapu Shrine and the entrance therein is free. the beach we have visited there is Newtown Beach.. the water there is clean. They have friendly staff and peaceful ambience.

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

The community is great.

The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

it was good and convenient to have Robinsons next door easy to get a taxi We ate a lot at the round building near the fountains opposite MacDonalds. we did not go to the local beach as the charge was WAY to much. there is two Chemists just nearby

Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

Stay at another Condo the previous night.

Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

We chose a resort on Mactan because it was close to Cebu...

We chose a resort on Mactan because it was close to Cebu City and we only had three days at the end of an island hopping cycling tour that finished in Cebu City. Now that we have seen other islands I would recommend that guests take a ferry and go to Bohol or Soquijor islands if they have more than 2 nights stay available. The overall experience will be much nicer , including better beaches and snorkeling.
