This hotel is even nicer than the other Cebu location. The room I stayed in was poolside and it was fantastic. Very clean, cold aircon and comfortable beds. The 24/7 food room service options is a huge bonus as well. It’s very convenient that it is so close to the airport also.

Our room was nice and clean. Close to the airport. The staff were awesome. They opened the door for us as soon as they saw us outside and after check in, one of the staff carried our suitcase to our room . The AC was great! They offered a free shuttle to or from the airport. I was excited for the breakfast, unfortunately we have to check out early and rushed out because we have an early trip to Bohol that is supposedly at 8am but it was changed at six in the morning. While we were checking out the front desk informed me that my shirt was inside out, which was really nice of her and I greatly appreciated it for telling me.

Everything! From the accommodating staff, to the nearby hotel beach, to our packed breakfast, to our morning breakfast...it was excellent for a very reasonable price! There was a van offered to pick us up at the airport and was "roomy." All the luggages were sent to our rooms, plus of course I have no problem tipping the staff. They were amazing and personable! The lobby was world-class! Fruit-infused water was readilly available upon arrival for the guests. Tours were also offered. I had no idea they offered island tours close to our hotel. Next to the hotel are restaurants, of different cuisines. Love it! The walk around the area is definitely safe for foreigners and guests. I'll definitely come back to this hotel. I love it! And oh, they offer very late check out for those who have a later flight for a fee. It's worth it if you want to catch a few hours of sleep before flying. I had an excellent stay at Savoy. I'm going back for sure!

Costabella Resort is a beautiful place located on a private beach. The grounds are very well maintained by the friendly staff. It's a one stop resort with everything one could want on site including a weight training gym, an excellent spa and a dive shop. There are two separate restaurants serving delicious food. They offer something for everyone. It's quite easy to sit by the pools or the beach and really relax or do other various physical activities. Finally, I had very nice conversations with several staff members. It's quality all the way.

EVERY thing! Car pickup at airport, CLEAN!, cool a/c, awesome friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice room, warm water, amenities…. Would love to come back one day and stay longer! Communication with resort was amazing! I was in contact from the USA and even with the time difference, there was always a reply by the time I’d wake up and check email. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The staff hospitality is the best! Shout out to Ate Arlene int he housekeeping; Shalom for the fast check in and accommodating our requests and Kuya Norlan in the Allegro and Kuya Boy lifegurd from the main center pool. We chose a resort on Mactan because it was close to Cebu...

We chose a resort on Mactan because it was close to Cebu City and we only had three days at the end of an island hopping cycling tour that finished in Cebu City. Now that we have seen other islands I would recommend that guests take a ferry and go to Bohol or Soquijor islands if they have more than 2 nights stay available. The overall experience will be much nicer , including better beaches and snorkeling.

It is where we can see the Lapu Lapu Shrine and the entrance therein is free. the beach we have visited there is Newtown Beach.. the water there is clean. They have friendly staff and peaceful ambience.

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

The community is great.

The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

To be honest it isn't a particularly scenic island.

To be honest it isn't a particularly scenic island. I was there to complete my scuba training. In hindsight, I should have gone elsewhere in the Philippines. The people are very friendly, but they are everywhere in the Philippines. I would suggest avoiding the island and Cebu city. You would be better off in Bohol etc. Far more beautiful.

Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

Stay at another Condo the previous night.

Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

It's a wonderful hotel that you don't need to leave for your stay. It has everything. The staff are world-class and the food is first class. They surprised us when they found out it was our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine.
