Great location, don't expect 5 star but do expect authentic phillipines and we loved that about the place, staff were extremely friendly and the pizza was so nice

Group of 8 friends stayed for 2 nights and thought it was great. We knew we weren't staying at a 5 star resort when we booked, and we got what we paid for. Marti was a wonderful staff member and we had a good laugh in our downtime. We had an early start one morning and the staff were good enough to make and pack us breakfast to take with us, which was lovely but certainly not expected. Great place for our quick stop in Puerto Princesa.

5 star treatment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left Great facilities, big clean rooms and friendly staff

The place is super clean, our room is very big, when I say big - you can run around. The staff was very accommodating and does everything to cater us and we felt treated like a VIP. It’s very close to the airport, Wifi is Superb, my daughter who’s always on YouTube was very pleased on the signal. It’s little bit away from the City but this doesn’t bother us because we are out all day.

Staff are just wonderful in kindness. Beds are very confortable. Value of money. They arranged for us underground river tour. After return they offered possibility to take shower and help to arrange to get a taxi for airport.. these extra miles made them 5 stars… Thank you

The rooms are ok, but for sure, not a 5 starts hôtel has its claimed on booking.com

Gen, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful and hospitable and diligent with her work. She prepared our rooms and gave us a 5 star feeling. Great breakfast. There was a water station in the lobby. Lots of staff who are happy to assist. Hotel Transportation to and from the airport. Near Robinsons Mall.
