I liked the whole hotel ambiance, the entry, the lobby, corridors and the rooms off course. The guest attendant Ms. Ayesha was very cooperative and supportive. She always engaged with the guests for the services and any difficulties to be addressed immediately. Her attitude towards the guests was really remarkable and that left with a feel of familiarity with that place. I will always love to prefer Park Lane for my stay every time in Lahore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Orchard Hotel, and it was truly a standout experience. From the moment I arrived, the Manager made a lasting impression with his extremely attentive and accommodating service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, including offering me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and really enhanced my stay. The property itself is impeccably maintained, everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which really added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel is also situated in an ideal location, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions without hassle. Between the thoughtful service, the pristine environment, and the convenient location, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Orchard Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at The Nishat Hotel Gulberg, Lahore. Upon arrival, Mr. Uzair at the front desk kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to a Royal Suite, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. The suite was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, offering a nice selection of authentic Pakistani dishes. The restaurant manager was exceptionally courteous and even remembered our preferred style of eggs each morning—an impressive personal touch that made us feel right at home. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Lahore.

    Very pretty.

    Very pretty. Easy to walk around - although a bit hilly - need to be fit. Pedestrianised areas which I really appreciated, not dodging cars. The main area was clean, and I saw it being cleaned early in the morning. The Mall was a lovely walk - very cool with lovely views. Good range of shops and restaurants.

    Everything about this hotel is aesthetically pleasing, with great attention to detail in art and decoration. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help. The building is beautifully designed, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered a refreshing view from the balcony. I & my kids also enjoyed the excellent facilities, including indoor sports, swimming, badminton, and a full range of club amenities available for guests.

    Very bad service, rude and unprofessional staff. They purposefully deceive the guests by naming events like "Brazilian Barbque" on Fridays while there is nothing 'Brazilian' about it no Barbque.

    Its culturally rich.

    Its culturally rich. A lot of things to see but there is no maintenance. In laal sunhra all the play area things were broken. There was no canteen open in the park on friday. There was no guidance too. There was no lake whi h we heard of. We travekd toooooo far to find it but could only find barren abandoned lands. We went to Noor mahal twice to see the light show but both days there was nothing cuz of rain. All near by Noor marriage hall and resturant were using lights. Museum was closed. Zoo was most horrible. Drawer fort was in most horrifying condition. People were nice. Food was good. 2 days stay is more than enough but someone has to pay a lot of attention so it can attract tourists.

    Very nice shops and restaurants New style people, it was amazing rooming in the streets trying different test of food and fresh testy fruit grow in Pakistan specially the orange, mandarin, apple and banana It was delicious vegetables was also fresh Buying special pure leather jackets

    Lahore is a beautiful city with people you will fall in love with. You are always welcomes. I am from Karachi Pakistan and i was welomced as a guest everywhere i go. Even at one of the restaurant the guy offered me free meal because i am their guest. I love the way people respected and helped me in everything. I was using a rental car with driver and he becomes my best friend in no time. Let me know if you like a driver who knows everything, educated and well versed with moving along with family.
