Everything The pool is great, the slides are very fun. Be in the hot jacuzzi inside and outside was great experience. The children playroom with video games. Perfect breakfast with alot of various things. Great dinner (from 16:00 til 19:00)

I would like to share my feedback about the hotel and the staff. The location is excellent with beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agnieszka. She was extremely patient in answering all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel, and even in the city more enjoyable. She kindly assisted us with transportation and provided great recommendations for visiting the main attractions. I truly appreciate all her efforts and support during our stay.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The pool and saunas are relaxing and clean, with free towels and robes available. Guests also have access to a ski room. The ski bus station is conveniently located downhill. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel - highly recommend! P.S. Huge thanks to the aqua aerobics trainer!
