The beach is around 800 metres from the guest house. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The houses, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the swimming pool, and the quiet surroundings of the location in deep Alentejo. This place presents high quality standards at a pretty reasonable price. A small property of 6 terraced houses, all with a spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Very well equiped and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent with warm bread, croissant, and cakes just out of the woven. The swimming pool and the view of surroundings is super pleasant. Very good for family with kids, the baby crib was very good quality and the sofa bed for the child also good and spacious. The location is quiet, though the walls between houses are pretty thin and not sound-proof. The drive to nearest town (Cercal) is 10min, there are good restaurants there. And the drive to seaside is 20-30 min but there are many wonderful beaches to explore in this part of Alentejo so this is a great base :)

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Franquia Beach is 300 metres away. This place is spacious and close to the seaside. Through the rooftop window, you can enjoy a view of the coast and the river estuary. All the facilities are very clean. One possible downside is the lack of a kitchenette, as only tea and coffee can be prepared. However, considering the location and price, I still find it to be a great value. The host was excellent—he provided clear instructions, introduced us to the surrounding area, and gave great recommendations on places to visit.

Five of the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. All rooms are en-suite, with free toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The property is decorated in a minimalist and relaxed style, combining Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspirations. Excellent breakfast, clean room and very friendly host. We will come back

Lilian and Antonio hospitality was superb, from the reception, all the given info regarding the place and its surroundings, and the breakfast as well. Highly Recommended!

Each unit includes free WiFi. Everything was really clean & prepared with love & very well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of everything. Nice pool, convenient car parking, the fact that there was one room for the kids & one for the parents in the same house is very practical. No need to share beds, extra beds or sofa beds. Just right. The night sky is something worth staying up at night. Nuno was beyond helpful & full of passion in making our stay a good one.
