- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,904 reviewsWe had a family pod, it was perfect! The kids loved their beds upstairs. It was lovely to sit outside the pod to dine. The sunset view was amazing.I loved the double beds beside the bio pool- they were very luxurious. The bio pool was fun and I enjoyed swimming through it. The paddle boarding was a massive hit and it was great that they were free to use. The dome pool was fantastic and so much fun especially because we had it to ourselves both times we went. The staff were all so friendly. The WhatsApp messaging worked perfectly- our questions were answered swiftly. !Guest review byBronaghUnited Kingdom

Evora has plenty of history both culturally and gastronomically. Wonderful stuff. The inner city is small and very accessible by foot. I do not recommend driving within the walls. We were lucky to access a location to stay that was very close to public parking just outside the walls. Find locations to eat in side streets, they’re much more intimate and authentic. We settled on Baiuca, husband and wife that served and cooked.Guest review byChristopher - 10.0

Great little town that provides good access up and down the west coast of Portugal. The beach nearby or on the other side of the river is excellent for a relaxed day and the town itself has a good number of restaurants/cafes etc. You can: - spend time at the beach - explore the coast (by car or walking) - paddleboard, kayak etc along the river - wander the town stopping at cafes/gelaterias/restaurants - all of the aboveGuest review bySapanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The place is authentic and the castle perhaps the best in Portugal, not too big or overwhelming. Then there are the historic walls, a history lovers paradise. And don't forget the food, first rate. This is the "real" untouched Portugal.Guest review byIanCanada - 10.0

Sines is a great starting spot to explore both the super-long pretty much unbroken beach to the north that goes all the way to Troia, and the small pictoresque "cove" beaches to the south of Sines. The town is a bit rugged, and definitely not a fancy place, but so much more authentic for it. I guess it's pretty far down the perfect-spot tourist ladder and that's frankly absolutely great.Guest review byMartinCzech Republic - 10.0

Lovely hostess, fabulous location high up so we enjoyed the sunset. Apartment was very clean & well equipped, large, comfortable bed. Wifi very strong. Nice luxury whilst walking 12 days of the Fisherman's trail. Beware the Mercado in the town was closed at 3.30 so we purchased sardines, cheese & wine fir our dinner at the apartment as it us 2.5km out of townGuest review byKerrie - 6.0
It was low season and there was not much going on.
It was low season and there was not much going on. It appears that apart from the beach and one golf club there is not so much to be done in Troia. There were a few restaurants but not that many. Supermarket in the village was extremely, expensiveGuest review byIrmgardPortugal - 8.0
