Saint-Philippe is very close to Foret de Mare-Longue recommenable for walks, Jardin des Parfums et des Epices, where I have not been to and close to Langevin with Cascades de Grand-Galet and not too far from Route de Volcan 1 1/2 hours drive plus 2 hours on the Route de Volcan itself.
