Aside from the fact that i was upgraded to a spectacular room with the best view of Kopaonik and space so that our baby can explore, Grand Hotel is in the top tier when it comes to location, food and staff are excellent. Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and always ready to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. A nicely designed hotel less than 5 minutes of walking from downtown Raška. Very friendly staff, great cleanliness. Plus it was a pleasant surprise to find a salt cave in the bathroom. Certainly a creative idea!
