EgyptI had a truly beautiful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and I was lucky to have a room with a Haram view — you can’t see the Kaaba directly, but the large window gives you a panoramic view of the haram and surrounding holy area, which is still breathtaking.
The hotel itself is only two years old, and it shows. Everything felt new, modern, and extremely clean. My room was very spacious, the ceilings were high, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, with fresh towels and a spotless room every day. The bathroom was new, clean, and always had hot water.
Hospitality was great from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed by the bellboy, and the reception team was very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The concierge was also helpful, and room service was good.
I appreciated the generous amenities in the room — plenty of complimentary water bottles, tea, and coffee. The facilities were excellent overall. There’s also a mall downstairs and a food court just a short 200m walk away, which is very convenient.
Breakfast was another highlight: a large buffet with a great variety of tasty hot and cold options. The only thing I noticed was that on the second day, the Egyptian/Arab breakfast selection was a bit limited. But overall, the food was delicious.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Makkah is a beautiful place and has many historical memories and places to visit. I enjoyed at the haram. Everything was convenient and easy. As a solo traveller I managed my way around makkah. Nothing was difficult. I climb up the mountain to the cave of hira. It took me 1hour. There are many restaurants around the haram.

Jeddah is a super place to visit. It has a good feel and there are lots of things to do and visit. Snorkelling and diving near on the best in the world. Excellent shopping. F1 weekend is fun. Awesome food and fascinating history in the old town at Al-Balad.

Location is not good for access to haram
Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project
U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

We had a Royal Suite for 5 nights.
We had a Royal Suite for 5 nights. The reception service was great. We received the suite in a very neat, tidy and comfortable fashion. Hosekeeping staff Mr MD Syful Islam, Mr Sater Ali and Mr Belal were excellent throughout our stay. They made sure our water, tea bags are always topped up and kept the suite very clean and tidy every day. I am highly pleased with their professionalism and politeness. I would highly recommend Saja Makkah Hotel to anyone.
