Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, Hotel is in a narrow, uphill dead end street hard to reach,, it is only 15 mins away but slope makes it difficult, Shuttle service is not reliable, very limited food options in breakfast and dinner (arabic taste only), no good food options available around the hotel. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too.
