RomaniaWhat to begin with… Incredible experience! Valmer is a great resort that deserves more than 3 stars, for sure. They welcomed us so nicely, with champagne, fruits and they offered us the room earlier than the check-in time.
The whole resort is an oasis of beauty, nature and great people! The staff was so nice, the pool is clean and has a beautiful view over the bay and the room was more than expected.
We had a huge balcony and a very comfortable bed.
I strongly recommend this place!

Our experience here cannot be fully described with just words. We booked this location for 17 nights for our honeymoon and we are extremely grateful and happy for having done this. Even before arriving in the country the customer service was extremely friendly and helpful, due to our honeymoon they offered us multiple upgrades and free drinks and dinners. Since our arrival we felt so pampered by everyone, we almost felt like some sort of VIP. Sakura is just amazing with clients...
We booked and ocean view room and we were very happy to hear that our room was entirely new renovated. Great view with balcony, fully accessoried, even with iron and stand, hairdryer, safe, all sorts of gadgets for the higyen that gets replaced daily, even toothbrushes and combs. Talking about hygiene we were extremely impressed by how professional were the people that came to clean, so kind and personal. Anything extra we needed we just got it right away.
The location has multiple restaurants available and they are all great, we had enough time to try all of them more than once but with all the respect for the others, the indian restaurant called Mahek is just the best...been there 4 times and we both agreed to be the best Indian restaurant we have ever been. Special thanks to Prasanta for being so helpful and kind and to the chef for always being so available for us.
One of the many many perks of the hotel is the pool, very well maintained, big, deep and clean. The ocean is just incredibly beautiful and clean, waking up with the ocean view was just incredible. I want to advise everyone who is booking the hotel to get the breakfast included, this is something that if we would not have got, we would have regretted it. Never seen in any other hotel in the world such a great option of foods. Great great quality, they even have a special person who cooks the eggs in multiple versions and someone who is only focused on crepes and sweets.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The island is truly a small paradise, surrounded by beautiful scenery and great clear, blue waters and rich marine life, which you can enjoy while kayaking or at low tide, by foot. It was the perfect place to end our trip in the Seychelles, where we could relax, while still enjoying the sun and the ocean.
The service is truly exceptional and all staff have been so welcoming and did everything to attend to our needs. We got upgraded to a pool villa, which was a very nice suprise. The villas are beautiful, comfortable and private, while providing stunning views to the ocean and together with the outdoor bathroom concept, provide a true immersions into nature.
We truly enjoyed the food which was always delicious and the Creole themed night with live music and traditional dances.
We are already planning our next visit to this amazing place!

The property was well located - close to a small ‘village’ with the necessary shops. The staff were v friendly and welcoming and gave advice on things to do. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely fresh linen on the beds. It was lovely to walk off the terrace and go straight into the sea. The day room at the end of our stay was a bonus as we had 6 hrs to wait for our airport transfer after we checked out. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my experience on Mahé was far from what I expected. The island simply didn’t leave a positive impression on me. Despite its natural beauty, I found very little that would make me want to return. The overall atmosphere didn’t suit me, and the destination felt overrated compared to many other places I’ve visited around the world.
I honestly wouldn’t come back to Mahé, and I wouldn’t choose the Seychelles again as a travel destination.

This part of the island is very pretty and is close to some of the best beaches on the island. There are supermarkets and take away options nearby. The beach is shallow and safe for those with kids. Getting around the island via bus is easy and affordable. It isn't a snorkeling beach.

Lovely beaches. Great food. Car hire is worthwhile. Easy to drive around the island. You can just park up and wander down to the most exquisite beaches. Takamaka rum distillery was worth a visit. Also we hired a boat and did some fishing and snorkelling. Be aware of the sun. It's easy to get burnt

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach.
The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals.
Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. With white soft sand, clean beaches, plenty of places to hide in the natural shade. No seaweed, very few people and plenty of walking distance. Just perfect for a beautiful suntan and sunset.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.
Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you.
Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

A cove to relax, chill out and soak up the peace and quiet. However, there’s a bus stop outside which, once a travel card is purchased and loaded with trips, it can take you on adventures all around the island.

Lovely long beach - very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit with choices from takeaway creole style dishes to mid budget Italian, Indian restaurants and higher budget restaurants with fish, Italian, Japanese options. Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.
