The woman at the front desk was amazing. I took an overnight train and was very, very tired and arrived a little early. She checked me in early and helped direct me to breakfast.

The staff at check-in were extremely friendly. The abeyance of this hotel had the right organic feel to feel a sense of Hygee. The complementary breakfast/buffet was incredible. There was live music during dinner one evening, very talented musician. The staff were friendly in guiding us on what to do in the area and went above and beyond. The rooms where very comfortable and clean. The Outdoor sauna was 10/10 -----Highly recommend it I use to travel for a living (Ex-Flight Attendant) and have been fortunate enough to have travelled all around the world and stay in some incredible places. However this would be one of my top 3 hotels! It did not feel like a hotel, it felt like staying in an upscale bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have the hotel all for ourselves on the 2nd night during non-peak season. Everything is perfect and comfortable. We have the top floor, the scenary is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for skier. Breakfast is perfect. Cozy hotel.

Convenient to ski lift. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. The place was VERY clean and organized. I would happily recommend this place.
