The last day I want to continue another one night.but they said no we don’t have room you have to leave. And they requested extra payment per our 100 dollar. I said I m not paid my baggage keeping money. That’s normal service and they are not informed anything. After manager lady said we can give you room and she said I have to pay more extra money. It’s very high price. I can pay but this is punishment charged. As like they punished a baby. My baby so tired that time and they don’t care about baby and they are not friendly talking. Amazing features to visit, alot of time thought and expense has gone into the tourist experience , can get around cheap on MRT, eat well at Hawker. Alcohol in hotels and food in restaurants can be expensive. Local people can be negative and rude at times, but otherwise a great place to visit! Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay awesome, Ocean Aquarium and Zoo Very good also. Lots of amazing Gardens and animals to experience and fascinating views via Cable Cars and Lookouts. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Singapore was a lovely destination to visit. It was very clean, the people were helpful and friendly. The Gardens by the Bay was an excellent full day experience and good value for money. I would say that staying for anymore than 10 days (max) is too long. The MRT and bus services are easy to navigate and cost effective, although taxis and ride sharing options are not overly expensive. Food was fantastic, quite expensive in some places after you add on the 9% GST and 10% service charge but just as nice at the hawker venues where prices are a lot cheaper and better value.Guest review byTheresa - 8.0

Lived in Malaysia for 11 years now this was my first time to JB, I arrived in Singapore and took the coach to JB via the woodlands checkpoint and then onto JB central. This journey is not for the faint hearted going through the check points with luggage is no joke !!!! and at the wrong time of day you don't want to be caught in the mass amount of workers going back to JB from Singapore as there is literally hinders of people going through the checkpoint. And trying to go through with luggage and trying to get back on the bus at the other end is horrendous to say the least.
