Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

My wife and I were staying in the hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived, the hotel owner Mr Andrej personally escorted us to our room. He offered us help with anything during our stay. He offered where to rent bikes, what to visit,... All info that we asked about was spot on. He even made a call to stand owner so that we can buy cheese before he opens a stand. All in all, Mr Andrej was very nice and very friendly. And above all, he was very professional. The room maid, miss Marijana was also very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And everyone was very professional. The hotel is a small hotel, less than 10 rooms and we liked that. The whole atmosphere was very nice, quiet and warm. Hotel has excellent menu and 2 young and upcoming chefs. This is the best place for fine dining and a great wine in Kranjska Gora and around. When we will go to Kranjska Gora again, Pino Alpino is the only place that we will be staying at. We fully recommend hotel Pino Alpino.

My wife and I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which is just a 5-minute walk from the crowded town center. Even the standard rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the renovated bathrooms added a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful and self-served. We also recommend trying the hotel's restaurant for dinner.

A very clean and quiet family operated hotel. Quality constructed with hard wood stairs, great bathroom fixtures and comfy beds. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has a small gym, and you can also book your own private use of the sauna (extra fee).
