Had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and clean. Apple and the staff went above and beyond during my stay. It was located in central Koh Chang, it was very relaxing. Had some of the best food from my travels in Thailand. Will stay here again.

    Honestly! This was the best Beach Resort we ever stayed in. Everything was just a dream. The rooms, breakfast, pools etc. The staff is outstanding. Always helpful with a smile in their faces. Everyone is trying to make your stay unforgettable!!! We stayed for 7 nights and we never wanted to leave thus wonderful charming place. We had a little trouble with our room and they took care of it immediately and placed us in another room. We will be back !! Thank you so much Sylvan Resort !!

    We came in November 2024 and liked it so much that came back in December. It’s great for families, the pool and the beach are amazing and has delicious breakfast with tons of options. The resort has their own convenience store that opens from 9am to 9pm. Good location. Must visit the waterfall!

    We hired bicycles for 100 baht near Centara and we could...

    We hired bicycles for 100 baht near Centara and we could cycle to the waterfall and to visit some other beaches. It is not cheap to get around, 6km was 150 each so 300 baht for 2. We stayed at Bailan beach hotel which was nice and small and intimate with a few other restaurants nearby. We walked about 1km north and south of Bailan beach but the roads are not so safe for walking there. Near Centara the roads are wider with a cycle path.

    A wonderful stretch of beach, one of the nicest on Koh Chang to be fair. Nice and clean, quiet and peaceful. I stayed a 5 min bike ride away at the reggae place. I ate at the wonderful little shack just on the bend as you reach the beach, a mother and daughter making great som tam, Laab, Nam Tok, iced coffee etc

    I've been to kie bae, koh chang many times since 2006 and enjoyed most of the time . This time however I would give it 3 out of 10. Apart from it been too commercialised, it is very dirty. Hope it gets cleaner for the future.

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday.

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday. Roads are trecherous to drive, but the views are stunning. Beachfront resort with a nice pool, you have all you need! Some wonderful seafood buffets to uncover and a visit to one of the elephant camps will satisfy your urge to explore.
