Janzo house is in a great location. Everything is so close by, I wouldn’t recommend walking but with a moped rental everything you need is within 5/10 minute drive. The bar and pool area are lovely and relaxing. Koh Kood is a beautiful island, and Janzo house was the perfect spot to stay for our group of 5. The property is nice and my favorite part is that unlike the big resorts on the island, Janzo is small, quiet and laid back. But undoubtedly what makes Janzo what it is, is Enzo and his warm kind deaminor, his willingness to accommodate every ask, and his consistently cheerful attitude. He greets everyone with a smile and coffee in the morning, as well as asking how everyone’s day was in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and location with an incredible host. Will absolutely be back. Everything was perfect! Incredibly tidy, the plants and decor are joyous, and the breakfast each morning overlooking the canal and dock was so great.

Nook and the whole family are just amazing and accommodated our every need. The location was perfect for us - places out on the lagoon, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town but within a stones throw of the beach. We are like a King and Queen during our stay and the food was wholesome and fulfilling.

I love it here! The place is tidy and clean, and in excellent location. Quiet at night, besides the lovely jungle/nature sounds. Bungalow is nive, with seating out front and a hammock which is great! The included breakfast is very enjoyable with fresh fruit and an espresso machine which makes good coffee.

The host was very kind and friendly. She always paid attention to our needs and had excellent suggestions for us. The breakfast was different each day and the hut was very quiet and peaceful.

This was the best place we have stayed during our trip. The cottages were well maintained and very clean, and the entire property was absolutely beautiful and serene. Baan Bua has pretty much everything you need and is the perfect home base for staying on Koh Kood - the food at their restaurant is amazing, the included breakfast has many different options, they have motorbike rentals and laundry services, and they will help you figure out boat travel to your next destination. They also had many extra details - including everything you would need for the beach (nice cotton towels, beach bag, beach mat, cover-ups, etc). Everyone working there is kind and helpful. We are at a fancy hotel in Pattaya right now and I can say that staying at Baan Bua would be our preference!

Coconuts are arrival were a nice refreshing touch. Best of both worlds because although you’re not on the beach you are close by and a motorcycle takes you everywhere and then and then back home to your coconut grove. Lit at front reception is very helpful and his English skills are amazing! Fresh espresso and the breakfast is amazing! Central location. My only suggestion is yo allow VISA card payment and it was near perfect! Room was cool on arrival! Perfection!
