very kind and helpful. Location is not bad. There are local restaurants, coffee shop and convenient stores nearby. Traveling in Koh Samui will be super convenient when you rent a car bike which the manager can help you arrange it! Breakfast is not a buffet but it's a great quality dishes so 10/10 for me. Cleanliness and Hygiene is also perfect score. Thank you all staffs for making our stay a memorable one. Definitely come back again on my next Samui trip!

Palm Trees and Pristine Seas
One of Thailand’s most famous islands, Koh Samui (or Ko Samui) is a tropical paradise whose palm trees emerge from the pristine white sands at unbelievable angles, and whose offshore reefs make for great diving.
The most developed resort is Chaweng, though most bars and clubs are set back from the beautiful beach, so the views are still wonderful. Slightly less lively is Lamai, though its beach is no less impressive. Both of these resorts are home to a large number of Koh Samui hotels with private pools, a popular requirement of many visitors, despite the wonderfully warm waters.
Lipa Noi in the west faces Thailand’s east coast and has some beautiful sunsets, while the northern fishing village of Bo Phut is gaining in popularity. Nearby Mae Nam and Cheong Mon both have sweeping beaches that gently shelve into the sea, making them popular family choices.
Travellers don't go tot Koh Samui for its sights – but interesting attractions include the Big Buddha at Bangrak’s Wat Phra Yai temple, and the Wat Khunaram Ko Samui temple inland from Hua Thanon.

Silavadee is stunning. This property delivers a beautiful and relaxing experience in a very wel laid out and managed resort. The rooms / villas are superb. the fitout and authientic timberwork are well designed and maintained. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are excellent. The beds are super comfy. The view was amazing - being high it had half jungle / palms / tree tops with associated birdlife and half ocean with its many moods and incredible sunrises, The restaurants are superb - great staff / menu / value. The pools are great - all was very and surprisingly quiet whilst there, but managed perfect weather every day during early October.

The room was way better than I expected for the price I paid, I could walk out of my sliding glass door and be at the pool in 45 seconds or on the beach under a minute. It made it so convenient cause you're always running back and forth especially if you forget something. Also here's a great tip, if you stay at the property you can go buy all you beer's and booze what have you and they don't care if you take it out by the pool or ArkBar beach side as long as your a guest at the hotel. Thank me later that will save you lots of money:)

Absolutely everything was amazing! Cant wait to return to cielo! From the owners to the staff - they were all really nice and helpful. They recommended some great places to go and eat as well! We enjoyed all the amenities. The room was lovely! We really enjoyed the complimentary paddle boarding and kayaking the resort offered. The music and vibe was always on point.

I read a lot of reviews about the amazing beaches of Koh Samui. I tried many of them and I can tell with confidence that Chaweng was the best by miles. I was based in Chaweng and I though to check the other beaches. I walked all over Lamai, which is very panoramic, but there is a constant stink wherever you go and the beach inside has a lot of corals/rocks that will probably hurt your feet.
Crystal Bay was tiny, not comfortable because of the corals and overcrowded. I didnt see Fisherman Village beach while the others on the east side looked dirty. Choose Chaweng

Lamai is for those who like things to be bit slow and quiet.
Lamai is for those who like things to be bit slow and quiet. You will do everything that is possible on the Island in less than 4 days, after that you either enjoy the sun, pool, beach or numerous cocktail places. It's at bay s you wont have to worry yourself about natural disasters such as Tsunami.

We used Getyourguide & did a half day tour of the island which was really good, our tour guide told us loads, this also helped us tick lots of sightseeing of our list in less than a day. We were staying a short walk away from fisherman's village which was perfect because it was quiet but not too far to get a grab to Chaweng beach that we could swim in. Perfect location if you don’t want to be too close to the party.

We stayed over on Ban Tai, which was quieter with a beautiful sandy beach, almost no one around. I got a massage by the water with only the sound of the crashing waves which was the highlight on my trip. Great for families and good food all around.

There are only two bungalows facing the beach and they are AMAZING!! We did not want to leave our hotel. Some of the other rooms looked nice too but faced the garden walkway. One bungalow faced a concrete wall. You get what you pay for. Loved this place so much.

Spent one week here on Koh Samui and could easily have spent three. It's a beautiful island that is calm and relaxed. Hiring a car is cheap and driving on the island is easy, although some of the roads off the beaten track are a little challenging. We hired a normal saloon car, but wished we'd had spent the extra and got a 4x4 or something more powerful. Central Samui is well worth a visit, although a little noisy at night! Taxi's are plentiful and reasonably priced, make use of the Grab app, if not hiring a car. Beaches are beautiful, go explore and find your favourite. No shortage of places to eat either. Temples, shrines, beaches, boat trips and much much more, Koh Samui has it all, well worth a visit!

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning.
That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The bed and pillows met our expectations.
The pool was huge!
Great for children or grown ups.
A very ambient,quiet resort set on the beach front.
The beach chairs are very comfortable and the best place to chill with a book or take in the amazing views.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The location is very peaceful and we ordered a taxi or grab to go to dinner in the evening.
We had drinks at the Hotel pub one evening.
Overall a great stay & value for the rates.
The breakfast was sufficient …eggs and fresh fruit/toast/pastries.
Handy if you have a motor bike to get around the Island as grab is expensive.
