I really liked that you have a room like a condo but with hotel options like in-room dining and housekeeping services. It's also like a hostile with co-working spaces, more community vibe and meeting people from all over the world. The staff here are amazing! Awesome! The Pool is by far the star of the show. It's huge, big enough for everyone and awesome views of beautiful Phuket. The rooms are very comfortable. Nice size and very clean. I will for sure be back soon. Also it is in such a great location. I could get everywhere I needed to go quickly.

Room, views, decor are all amazing. Location is amazing far away from Patong’s busy streets but so close in terms of walkability to all places in Patong. The pools were wonderful and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The atmosphere is unmatched. Veeeery reasonable price which was a steal. Professional staff and extremely friendly.

Everything. 2 bedroom suite with ocean view for my self and teenage son was perfect. My mum had a doubble bed room on same level and it was just as lovely. Air-conditioning was brilliant and we enjoyed walking back into our lovely cool rooms each afternoon. Would like to give a Special thanks to Hotel staff for going above and beyond when we asked for help over 5 hours after we had checked out. 🙏thankyou so much.     Let me say that if I'm writing a review, you know this place has left a mark on me. Took my family here for my wife's birthday and it was a birthday to remember. The staff were so welcoming and hopeful throughout the whole trip. The food for each meal was delicious. The activities they had there were good. And the Couple's spa experience was great. We stayed in the one room villa, which in the pictures I saw online seemed small, but in person the room was definitely not. The main bedroom had king-size bed with plenty of room to move around and the side living room was very good and comfortable for my 186cm tall son to sleep in. I was concerned about the idea of an outdoor bathroom but that concern got put to rest when we actually stayed there. No real concerning issues with insects/bugs. Oh yeah,sunsets..... amazing.

The baked goods were amazing every morning. the Ala carte options were each delicious from the pancakes to the dim sum to the Indian crepe. Even the salmon Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. The bed in the room was the best bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower and the tub was very nice. Every part of the room felt like there was thought out into it. Also, since it was our honeymoon our villa assistant got us complimentary champagne !!and of course we enjoyed it in the tub for extra romance. 10/10 stay.

    We enjoyed our stay, truly! We were looking for a place to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and having stayed at Rosewood in Vienna and amazed by it, decided to try it in Phuket. Very nice decor, beautiful view, very attentive staff ( prepared a cake for us and a rose petals bath ). The room is perfectly clean and nicely decorated, amazing view. It's not as big as I imagined, but we stayed outside at the beach so it want an issue. Nice cuisine at both restaurants and breakfast was something we really enjoyed every day. Good kids club

    I had the top floor of my cabin. Each cabin has a top room and a bottom room. My room had a beautiful front wall of windows and sliding glass door overlooking the small pool and beyond that the restaurant and beyond that a beautiful view of the water and Naiharn beach. Wonderful room, with comfortable table and chairs, couch, fridge, and a closet for your clothes. The restaurant across the road was delicious and there is also a well stocked market for fresh fruit and beverages plus anything else you might need.

    Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    There is a village feel to Kamala Beach, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants etc. Lots of local stalls for drinks, food, massages, sun loungers etc right on the beach. Later in the day beach volleyball is very popular - casual horseriding, jet skis, surfing and parasailing available. Some walkways/footpaths along the beach restaurant areas have been upgraded in the past 2 years - so much easier. There are now 3 supermarkets on the main road. This area is very popular with something for everyone. Our absolute favourite area in Phuket.

    Go along where the restaurants and people are as it's the nicest there, or a tiny bit farther south along the shore. Closer to the airport and national park, the beach is very dirty and full of rubbish, although you can watch the airplanes take off. I loved eating at The Beach Restaurant Nai Yang. Right on the beach and reasonable prices.

    Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

    I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years.

    I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years. I even bought land there. Its great as there are many beaches and restaurants, with Nai Harn very close a 5 Star Beach. There are many places of interest nearby, unfortunately Big Buddha is currently closed. One thing to note now is that the Banks won't let you take money from your Debit Card, Credit cards are O.K though, but I don't use them. Every where uses cash so make sure you take plenty of cash to last for your holiday. The ATM machine withdrawals will cost you £10 a withdrawal with a limit of £200. Average Restaurant meal costs around £25 for 3 people inc. soft drinks. I always hire a car, but services have improved with regular electric buses and always taxis/tuktuks,

    It was a very refreshing stay in the property which was full of greenery and good views of beach from the huge balcony attached to the suite. Did not want to leave the property so early and definitely want to come back again.

    We came to get away form Patong Town for the final days of...

    We came to get away form Patong Town for the final days of our trip, so the location was not a problem for us as we were also close to the airport. We recommend a visit to Baan Ar-Joor - the food is lovely and the history is interesting.
