This is our third visit to the hotel, it always meets our expectations. On this occasion we used it as a stop over before flying back to the U.K. I had a relaxing day by the pool and my partner had a 2 hour massage as well as a relax by the pool. We only had one meal that was dinner the night we arrived, food was excellent.

The breakfast was incredible; perfect waffles topped with quality ingredients of your choice. Fruit and juice on the side with a great coffee. Honestly the best breakfast I've had while travelling. Beautiful, friendly staff too. A perfect place to start, or end your holiday in Thailand. I will definitely recommend Ploen Pirom to people!

Incredible stay! Way worth the value for money. The pool is absolutely stunning. I got free breakfast and free airport shuttle there and back. The staff were very friendly. The beds were sooo comfortable too, beautiful clean, big rooms with lots of coffee/tea/water. Thanks so much.

    The service at this hotel is outstanding! A 12/10!!! They are dedicated to providing you with the utmost first best experience when entering Thailand. I'd highly recommend them for the first night when landing in Bangkok, the hotel is 10min away from the airportand the food is another 12/10! The chef prepared food for us at 00:12 and it was of such great quality and absolutely tasty. We only stayed for one night as we had to catch an early flight to Phuket. Our cab was waiting for us at 6am to take us to the airport. The staff is astounding, each and everyone of them. Till today my friends and I cannot stop talking about our first experience with Thai Hospitality. Their rooms are also very spacious and each room that we stayed in had both a shower and bathtub.

    The pick up from the airport was seamless...even after midnight! The staff were friendly upon arrival and the room was lovely. I was surprised that check out was at 12:00 as I was under the impression that it was at 1:00. Other than that a lovely place.

    We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

    Very nice place to visit.

    Very nice place to visit. You can adjust your time as you like it. Calm and quiet in relaxed areas. Or you can take short rides around in Bang Phli to experince temples, zoo's, old river-city's etc. All within a short time. Absolutely recommended as a place to visit. (As all places I've visited in Thailand)

    Bang Phli is a good place to stay for the airport, about 30-40m by taxi. The shopping mall at Big C is good, but you must cross the road outside by skywalk, as this road makes Silverstone look placid - very dangerous!! Bang Phli is not near the city so don't expect to see many tourists in the area.

    Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

    Cheap and clean but disapointing. WiFi insecure and came on next morning and off at 8am day we left. Coffee was 3 in 1 mix (coffee, creamer, sugar) doesn't allow for those who don't want creamer or sugar but at least it wasn't Nescafe! A bleak area with no restaurants just a 7/11 across a busy, fast 8 lane highway. Staff seemed disinterested

    I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

    Terrible suburb of Bangkok with nothing to see and nothing to do not even a walk. We ate at a vegan restaurant that was nice and really good but the prices don't worth the place at all! You can't cross the street without risking your life. Dirty streets, poor places, just don't go there.
